Recap: Peter is an orphan, and gets punished by the owner for being late. He also has to deal with Flash as his everyday bully. Mrs. Warren, his physics teacher, found him by the lockers one  day, and gave him her number to call if it ever happened again. He called, then was rushed out the doors.

Peter's POV

"Mrs. Warren, what's going on??" I asked, worried what she was so frightened about. My stupid eyes start watering, so I wiped the back of my hand at them. What I saw was something that terrified me. Blood.

Blood. Why am I always bleeding!? Even when I'm not Spiderman, I bleed. Either because of Flash, or Mrs. Wood.

Mrs. Warren must've seen my panic, and sped up a little more. At this point, not only was my eye bleeding, but I could hardly see out of my right eye. I quickly flipped down the passenger side visor, and looked at myself. There was blood going down my cheek, like a tear stain. I then looked at my eye. My once dark brown eye was now a greyish brown, like I was going blind. Which, technically, I was.

Mrs. Warren pulled up to a parking spot in the ER section of the hospital, ran around to my door, and didn't wait until I got out the door before she was rushing me to the doors.

"Wait! Mrs. Warren! What are we doing!?" I barely got that out of mouth before she stopped pulling me and rushed in front of my body to the front desk, clearly speaking in a rushed voice, as I could hear her with my enhanced hearing. I was staring at my fingers, where blood pooled after touching my cheek. I looked up at the front desk, seeing the nurse's eyes widen when she saw my face.

-----------------------------------

Everything was a blur. After the nurse saw my face, she quickly spoke into a mic, surely to call the doctor. She then rushed forward, ushering me into a room, and started firing questions. I answered as many as I could, but not who my parents were. At least, not until they started pushing.

"Peter, I need to know who your parents are. It is important that we let them know." Mrs. Warren spoke to me softly, clearly seeing the  internal panic I was trying to hide.

"I can't..." I replied, not wanting anyone other than Ned to know I was an orphan, in fear of it getting to Flash, causing even more bullying.

"Peter, please. We need to know. Why won't you tell us?"

"Cause I would hurt your feelings. I live in an environment nobody wants to live in." I could almost see the gears turning in her head, then light up when something clicked into place.

"Peter, are you homeless?"

"No! But it's worse than that..." I replied, giving her hints, but no actual answer. At that point, the nurse had the doctor come in and look at my eye. Right now, it was  just Mrs. Warren and I in the room, the doctor and nurse leaving, considering I might answer if it was just my teacher and I; I didn't need any extra pressure.

"I promise I won't tell a soul, Pete. Whatever your ashamed up, there are worse things to be ashamed of." Mrs. Warren assured me, making me trust her a little more.

"Promise?" I asked, earning a nod and a squeeze on my hand in reassurance. And in almost a whisper, I answered with, "I'm an orphan..." I was quickly engulfed in a hug, finally opening the flood gate of tears that I had held back since arriving at the hospital.

"Oh Peter. I had no idea. I'm so sorry..." She whispered, squeezing me just a little tighter as sobs racked my body.

"Everybody always is..."

Alright. Well that was depressing. There is obviously going to be more than two parts, seeing as I kinda left a cliffhanger. Opps?? (not rly) Anyway, hope you enjoyed this segment, and if you have any ideas about other one shot options for the Avengers Team, go ahead and  send them to me/write them in the comments. I'd love to know. See you later foxes!
