My plan to completly avoid Harry was proving harder than I ever expected it to be. Harry is one stubborn and persistan individual and I'm being nice. I even went as far asking all three of the instructors to switch either myself or Harry to a different seat and I was willing to give up being hidden in the far back corner of all three rooms.
One instructor took pity upon me and had Harry move seats with another student earning me a glare from the one who had to sit next to me and a hurt exprssion from Harry. I can't care and I won't but it's proving harder than I expected. Harry fasinates me beyond words, I want to know this tall skinny curly haired green eyed lad with the amazing dimples.
The other two classes where Harry still sits next to me, he continues to glance at me and tries to talk to me without results; he still tries though. When the final bell rings, I;m out of the class and building in a short amount of time and I then run to work in hopes that Harry won't try and stop me again.
I continue on this for the rest of the week and it works until Monday rolls around and he somehow manages to corner me outside of the school building.
"Why are you ignoring me, Louis, I just want to become your friend," his raspy voice full of hurt.
Giving him my best deer in the headlights look refusing to answer him. Trying to walk around him so I'm not late to work, knowing full well if I am Rick will dock my pay and I need all of my pay.
"I need to go, work calls," is all I am able to mumble.
Harry takes ahold of my arm causing me to flinch away from him since he let go. "Let me give you a ride and we can talk on the way," Harry offers.
Shaking my head I walk away from him before he his next statement has me freezing in my tracks. "Who are you running from, Louis?"
Regaining my composure I take off on a dead run, only to hear Harry swear before silence and then a truck roaring to life. Nope, not going to happen today Harry, I know a shortcut through the woods, which I take in hopes he doesn't show at my place of employment.
Punching in on time barely, I set to work on the only three cars that I'm working on; two by myself and one with Charlie that needs an engine overhauled so, that's what he and I will be working on a majority of this shift and tomorrow, so the owner can pick it up Sunday morning.
I had sighed in relief when I had made it to work and Harry wasn't there waiting for me. When I arrived home at 9 p.m. since Charlie and I had worked an hour over to make sure we could finish the vehicle tomorrow; I find Harry sitting up against the wall next to my apartment.
"Shit," I mutter as I walk quickly to him. "What the hell are you doing here, it isn't safe to sit in the hall like this," I quietly scold him so I don't alert the neighbors in hopes no one has seen him.
Harry's head snaps up to my voice and he scowls at me. Well fuck you too, Harry, you'll get killed in this neighborhood for looking at someone wrong. He stands with his arms crossed as I open my flat and shove him inside quickly before shutting the door and locking all three locks.
"What the fuck are you doing here, do you not understand this is a bad neighborhood. You could be killed for looking at someone wrong," I inform him as I toss my bag on the table before shrugging out of my jacket and shoes.
Harry remains silent the entire time and when I turned my attention back to him he is staring intently at me some of the anger gone from a moment ago.
"I wouldn't have had to come here if you hadn't taken off and actually talked to me like I asked," he says stepping closer to me which causes me to back up.
