Solmi and Renjun had no choice but to tolerate one another at this point. There were times where Solmi would shamelessly follow Renjun around just to annoy him. She found him entertaining, especially because of the way he would react to things.
It was just another 'normal day' for Solmi where she'd show up to Renjun's work, and just annoy the shit out of him. All the other boys found it hilarious because they've never seen him so irked by a person. And everyone thought Chenle was bad, but Solmi was definitely worse.
"Hey fiancé!" Solmi skipped through the halls towards Renjun.
"Oh god, please help me," Renjun spoke out loud, and Solmi giggled. "Why are you here again?!"
"Nothing, just visiting my favorite idol while he's at work," Solmi grinned, which caused Renjun to scoff. He looked down at the floor as soon as he felt his face warm up.
"Did you think I was talking about you?" she chuckled. "My favorite idol is Mark, of course. How do the NCTzens say it? Mark's my... my ult bias!"
"Can you stop talking like that? You're so annoying!" Renjun yelled. "Don't ever talk about my Mark hyung like that either!"
Solmi just laughed and followed Renjun into the resting room. There sat Chenle on the couch playing games on his phone. As soon as he realized Solmi walked into the room, he got excited.
"My partner! Solmi noona!" Chenle excitedly hollered.
"Lele! My favorite Chinese!" Solmi replied back in the same energy, running up to hug the boy. Renjun rolled his eyes at the both of them and sat down on the couch to watch Youtube videos on his phone.
"Since when were you two friends?" Renjun asked with attitude.
"Just a few days ago! Why hyung? Are you jealous?" Chenle cocked an eyebrow, and Renjun threw a pillow at his face.
"No, why would I be jealous of you being friends with that... that pig!"
Chenle started busted out laughing in hysterics, "Noona! He called you a pig!"
"Ya! Chenle! He may call me a pig but he's like a chicken!" she chuckled, plopping next to Renjun on the couch. "Bok bok," Solmi spoke close to Renjun's face which caused him to plant his face on her forehead, pushing her away. Chenle laughed even harder, which annoyed Renjun even more. Solmi and Chenle were the dynamic duo in irritating Renjun.
"Chenle, it's almost 4:30? Don't you have to do something soon?" Renjun scorned, and Chenle checked the time and went into panic mode out the door. Which left Renjun and Solmi alone.
Solmi held up her phone like she was taking pictures of Renjun. The picture noise went off, and when Renjun noticed, he got very angry and tried to take her phone away from her.
"Give! Me! Your! Phone!" Renjun yelled, attempting to snatch the phone out of his hands. But he failed, and he was just embarrassed because Solmi kept laughing. Who knows what she could be doing with that picture.
"No," Solmi snickered, tapping away on her phone suspiciously. Renjun sighed and gave up and decided to continue watching random videos.
After a few minutes, Solmi finally put her phone away, scooted closer to Renjun, rested her head on his shoulder, and closed her eyes. Renjun wanted her heavy head to get off of him, so he kept propping his shoulder up. But that didn't work, so he decided to not mind her head on his shoulder.
In all honesty, Renjun kept sneaking glances at her. He would notice more of her features every time he looked, which caused him to smile. He felt his whole body warm up after staring at her for too long, and then he pushed her head away from his shoulder.
Startled, Solmi jolted up, and looked at Renjun who's cheeks were a faint pink. He looked super embarrassed and angry at the same time which led made Solmi crack up.
"You interrupted my nap!" she pouted, grabbing the pillow next to her to hug. Renjun turned away and looked at his phone. He felt Solmi's gaze on him, leaving him to heat up even more. He thought he was sweating balls, but if he was, she'd be laughing.
Renjun tried to keep his cool the whole time, breathing in and out, and keeping his eyes focused on his videos.
"You interrupted my life," Renjun replied, trying to distract himself in knowing that Solmi was looking at him.
