The New Velociraptors

The grand meeting

Narrator still talking.

Arrow woke up that morning to the sound of the door opening. She groggily stepped out. She looked around but no one was there.

She waited and waited then the other door opened. And out stepped a blue velociraptor.

Remembering what Delta said Arrow stood stock still. Blue walked over and started inspecting Arrow.

He then sniffed her neck and stepped back. "I'm Blue." He said gruffly. (No pun intended)

"I'm Arrow." Arrow said just as gruffly. "So your the alpha?" Arrow finally asked after a long awkward silence.

"Yes I am." Blue said with pride. "May I join your pack?" Arrow asked politely. "I think you can." Blue responded.

'That was easy!' Arrow thought. 'Shes so beautiful.' Blue thought dreamily.

'I hope she excepts me.' Blue thought. Ugh these raptors are all about cheesy stuff.

Then finally Arrow's door opened. "Bye Blue!" Arrow said cheerfully. "Bye." 'Beautiful' Blue said gruffly and thought weirdly.

'I think I like her but I don't think she likes me. But I bet she'll like me better once she gets to know me.' Blue thought dreamily.

Then out popped Bullet. "Blue." He said nodding towards Blue. "Bullet." Said Blue mimicking Bullet's movements.

"You like my sister don't you?" Bullet asked. "Yes." Blue said. He was very blunt about it.

"Well you have my permission to court her but, hurt her, alpha or not I'll kill you." Bullet snarled. 'I would of courted her with or with out you permission!' Blue thought smugly.

Blue just nodded his head in response. "You can join my pack." Blue grunted out. "K." Was all Bullet said.

Then of course Bullet's door opened and he entered it with out saying good bye.

Rude much? Then Blue's door opened and he exited.

Then later that day just as the sun started to set a big metal cage was being lowered with two raptors in it.

Once the cage hit the ground the pack circled the cage. They had been attracted by the noise the machine made to lower the cage down.

Then the doors rose up and out ran two happy raptors. One raptor, once out, strutted around.

Blue stepped forward signaling for one of them to follow him. Bullet stepped forward and followed Blue off into the trees.

"Welcome to the pack!" Charlie said happily. "Thanks, I'm glad that Blue let both of us join!" Arrow said with a toothy grin.

"I'm so happy that you joined the pack!" Echo chirped. Arrow just smiled even bigger.

Bullet came running out of the bushes so fast you'd think the indominus was after him!

"B-Blue. G-go. Kn-know!" He panted out. Arrow then took off in the direction of the forest.

She tracked down Blue easily. He stood watching her every move. "I have an important question for you." He said gruffly.

"What is it?" Arrow asked. "Do you have anywhere to sleep?" He asked. "No, why do you want to know?" She asked.

"Well you could sleep in my cave for the night, if you wanted to of course you don't have to." He explained.

"Sure, but don't try anything weird." She said with a look of sternness. "I wouldn't dare." He said with a gruff laugh.

"Come on we gotta go back to the others." She said before walking away.

He followed close behind her. Once they reached the others they all started talking about random stuff but once it became quite dark they all left to go to their nests or dens.

Bullet followed Delta but from a ways, Delta was heading towards her nest totally unaware that she was being followed.

When she reached the nest, she laid down and curled up in a ball sort of form.

Bullet then stepped out from behind a tree. "Delta can I sleep here tonight?" He asked. Startled Delta shot up from her nest.

"Oh, it's just you, sure you can sleep here." She said before settling back down on her nest.

Meanwhile Echo sat curled up around a nest full of eggs.

She was so happy and excited for soon the enclosure would have little raptors running around in it.

She nuzzled each egg that wasn't totally under her body under it. She set her head on calm Charlie's back.She closed her eyes and went to sleep.

At Blue's cave Arrow was amazed at the collection of bones and how they where arranged.

But of course she kept the amazement inside. "Nice bone collection." She said in a nonchalant tone.

"Thanks." Blue said. Arrow entered the cave looking at almost every inch of it. While Blue watched with an amused expression painted on his face.

Arrow walked around in a circle then laid down.

He walked over and laid down next to Arrow. He laid his head on her back. She tried to move away but she relaxed and let his head rest there.
