i dreamt about you last night, did you miss me?
your curly locks swept from your face.
fascinated by your presentation, my heart suddenly got it's key;
the lock of the door has been opened at haste.
an image framed of that beautiful face.
my heart suddenly skipped a beat;
i desperately hold on to my chest to stop it from escaping.
the rush, the infatuation, cheeks filled with heat.
i can't stop it from beating;
wanting to unzip my skin and be set free.
i dreamt about you last night, did you miss me?
probably not. i can't keep reaching for something out of my grasp.
