Dedicated to AbbieVanity, because without her x Reader oneshots I never would have gotten my ass in gear long enough to actually write this.

“Tsuki-fucking-shima! You are so dead!”

Tsukishima Kei snickered at the sight of you as you stormed into the gym, a malice-filled snarl on your face.

“(Name)-san! What happened to your hair?” Hinata asked from his position behind Tanaka, hiding due to being terrified of your aura.

“Yeah, Princess, what happened to your hair?”

You spun around to face the blond, fists clenched. “What the hell do you think happened, you asshole?! You of all people should know!” You tugged at the once-(hair color)-now-(least favorite color) hair on your head. Your last comment earned Tsukishima a few curious glances from various people across the room.

“What on earth are you talking about, Princess?”

You had been irritated before, but the mock innocence in Tsukishima's tone had you fuming. And of course, you decided to take out that anger by throttling him by the front of his shirt, and when that failed due to height difference, you simply resorted to getting in his face and glaring.

“I knew I never should have trusted you alone! Look at what you did to my hair! It's humiliating! I should have trusted my gut when it told me that there was something off about my shampoo bottle!” You aimed a kick towards his shin, which was promptly avoided.

“Why would I ever do anything to you, Princess? You have nothing to back your accusation.”

“You're the only fucking possibility! You're the one who spent five minutes in my bathroom with your bag, as if taking it in there isn't suspicious enough to begin with! My parents are as traditional as you can possibly get and I certainly didn't do it so there's only you!”

“Tsukishima, did you mess with (Name)-san's shampoo?” Daichi demanded.

You decided to ignore Sugawara’s confused whispers of, “Why would he even have her shampoo bottle?” in favor of continuing to glare at Karasuno’s tallest volleyball player and aiming a knee towards his crotch that missed.

Tsukishima smirked and pushed up his glasses before answering. “Well, I didn't not mess with it. Besides, I think that color suits you quite well, (Name),” You knew he ruffled your hair to annoy and bait you(although that didn't stop you from taking it), but it was even more annoying because you could feel the underlying affection that for the most part, your stupid megane boyfriend refused to outwardly show around others. You seriously wished your knee right now towards his... you know, had hit.

You swatted away his hand and stalked over to Daichi, saying loud enough for everyone to hear, “I just want you to know, that if something like this happens again, your tallest player will not be playing for a few months, capisce?” You didn't bother waiting for his response before you turned to your boyfriend and repeated your question. “Capisce?”

He simply smiled at you and said, “I love you too, (Name).”

Your eye twitched and snatching the ball from the captain’s hands, hurled it at the blond, not bothering to look back to see if it hit as you stormed out of the gym.

“I’ll see you at the gates after school! You better be there!”

If it was even possible, your face flushed red as you yelled that, scowl still in place. God, why did you love him, again? You didn’t know.

                                                                                 Omake

Tsukishima watched amusedly as you stormed out of the room in a fit. The entire time he had watched your temper tantrum--not that it hadn’t been for a good reason--and even purposely agitated you, but for him and you, that’s just how your relationship worked.

The both of you were just so abrasive at times that it just worked. He’d taunt you and you’d fight back with your own scathing remarks, even occasionally going as far as instigating the scene yourself. Obviously today had been the cause of his actions, but both of you knew you weren’t really as mad as you made yourself out to be. Oh, you were upset alright, but you would get over it, proof being the statement you had made before leaving.

“(Name)-san can be really scary sometimes…” Hinata shuddered. “Why’d you have to make her upset, Tsukishima? She was almost as scary as Kageyama!” He yelped as aforementioned setter glared at him.

“You shouldn’t insult the king like that. Who knows what he’ll do to peasants like us.”

“Don’t call me that!”

“Oh? The king is mad at me, now?”

“Why you--!”

“Knock it off!” Daichi yelled. “Kageyama, go back to practicing your new move with Hinata. Tsukishima… Just make it up to (Name)-san, okay?”

He smirked at the captain, spinning the volleyball in his hands.

“Of course.” He loved you after all.
