When I got to Soma's House I opened the door and ran in.

Thank god the door was unlocked..

I wiped the tears that were rolling down my cheeks and looked at my reflection.

I puffed out my cheeks and crossed my arms," Why can't they just disappear. They are such pains!"

She didn't have to come back..

He didn't have to adopt me..

I should've just stayed in the stomach..

I got up and looked behind the counter and then I explored until I found food.

" I could make chicken, I guess.."

I cut some of the meat into uneven pieces and covered it into potato starch.

I then fried it and took out my special Yoki sauce.

" Let's see..maybe I can add.."

I looked around and found some apple juice.

" Chicken that tastes like apples! Don't mind if I do..MMMM.."

I mixed it with my sauce and dipped the chicken in the new sauce.

" Let's see.."

I opened my mouth and bit down on the crispy chicken.

" Not Bad..", a blush covered my face and I looked down," NOT BAD AT ALL!!"

I gobbled up the food and just then the door opened.

A couple of hours later •_•

" How about you Mayu? Have any ideas?"

I watched as they talked.

I didn't even do anything today. Such a bummer.

" Wh-What if you capitalize somehow on that fact that we're a shopping district?"

What the hell does that even mean?

I sat down in front of the restaurant thinking of solutions and watched as the students walked by.

I wonder if one of them have marshmallows??

" Even though it's a holiday, students are coming through. There're a lot, actually.", Meat-Meat said.

" They must be junior high students on their way home from club practice. There're a lot of schools here. There are a couple of high schools and universities, too.", Soma explained.

I wonder if they ever get hungry..poor kids..
