Chapter 22

All of the days, weeks, months has passed, and it was really fun spending your times with your family, and the good thing is... it's winter! It was still in the morning but you were already pumped up.

The past 6 months, Al and Leon sometimes came to your house just for visiting, and also, you just knew that Leon actually had a girlfriend.

His girlfriend name is Alexa. you were surprised that Leon have a girlfriend, because... he looked like a player and was a big flirt, but other than that, he was kind and friendly, he can made friends really fast and you were jealous because of it. He got along easily and was really popular, especially since he had real good looks.

And Al... you don't actually know anything about his love life but Leon once said that he actually has a crush on someone on his castle and that was just surprising, you weren't sure if he was serious or not, though. 

And about 'mistake' that Al make in the past, is that he doesn't kill his ex-girlfriend when he had the chance, let's let the author tell you about what happened in the past.

So in that day, Al was walking around with Leon, searching for his ex-girlfriend but at that time girlfriend, her name was Edith.

Al walked to the garden, followed by Leon, but except the guards they don't saw anyone else, so Al decided to go to Edith's room, while Leon, Al left him because he was too slow, even though Al was walking very fast.

When Al was about to knock on the door, he felt someone else's presence in her room, and muffled sounds, without hesitation, Al kicked the door and the door burst open, he stood in shocked because he saw Edith was making out with a guard, with anger controlling him, black energy started to swirled on his hand, and a sword appeared. 

The weird thing is, Edith and the guard, still didn't realized that Al was there and that the door was already kicked open.

"Woah! What happened?" Leon asked, running towards Al, almost panicking when he realized that there was a sword on Al's grip, he then peeked into Edith's room and saw their making out session.

"Edith," Al mumbled and about to charged ahead, but Leon already hold Al so he couldn't walk in or hurt anyone. 

"Guards!" Leon shouted, at that time, Edith and the other guard she was making out with, looked at the source of the sound and saw Leon that is holding Al, while Al, black sword at his right hand, and rage in his red eyes, four guards finally came and hold Al's arms.

Leon sighed, he walked in to the room and shouted. "You two! Get out of our sight and if you can, don't show up."

The two quickly nodded and the guard rushed out from the room, Edith slowly stood and walked out from the room.

"Edith," Leon said.

Edith turned around and looked at Leon. "What?"

"Why'd you that? You know Al loves you, right?"

"Al never spend his time with me anymore!" Edith shouted, suddenly pissed off.

"He's busy, he'll make time for you if you gave him the chance!" Leon defended, lowkey mad because of Edith's  action. He took a deep breath and exhale. "So that's why you cheat on him with a guard?"

"Yeah." She shrugged. 

Leon hummed. "Why don't you just broke up with Al and then go with the guard?"

"If I broke up with Al, I'll live in a small house, hmph- don't even get me started."

"Technically, you're using Al?"

"Yeah, what else? There's no way I'm in love with that fool."

Suddenly Al snickered. "Oh, man, Edith, you are a true definition of an ass."
