Summer camp (Larry)

Chapter 2

It was 5:45 and dinner was starting soon. We all decided to start walking to the dining hall. It was a surprise what we were having. I was just excited to eat. At this camp you don't have to sit with your cabin we are free to sit with whoever. We walked inside and found somewhere to sit. There were some rectangular and some circular tables. They were huge and sat so many people. We picked a table and sat down. It was Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry, Ashton, Luke, Michael, Calum, Lottie, Jessie, Shawn and me. I was in between Harry and Ashton. Once we sat down the camp leaders started talking. We then found out that we were having subs for supper. People brought trays of food out. Once our tray was at our table we started to make our subs. I grabbed a white sub bun, roast beef, mayo, lettuce cucumber and tomato. I then began to eat. Supper was an hour long and the other meals are shorter. While we were eating another tray was brought to the table. It had our fruit and dessert. Before anyone could see I grabbed my phone from my pocket and took a picture of the 12 of us. Lottie was talking about her day and I was talking about mine. Suddenly a girl walked up to the table.

Gemma: Hey Harry!

Harry: Hey.

Gemma: So I see you made some friends.

Harry: Yep.

Gemma: If you need me I am in cabin 11. What cabin are you in?

Harry: 16.

Gemma: Ok have fun.

Harry: Thanks bye.

Michael: Who is that your girlfriend?

Harry: Eww no. She's my sister. She is working here.

Ashton: Ok.

Once dinner was finished we were told to meet in field 1.

Camp leader: Ok everyone since there is 160 of you we will split you up. Cabins 1-4 will be in field 1 where we are now. Cabins 5-8 will be at field 2. Cabins 9-12 field 3 and last cabins 13-16 field 4. Today's game will be capture the flag. I think all of you know the rules? Does anybody not know.

Campfire leader Great. No go to your field and your camp councillor will tell you what to do after.

We started walking to the field we were assigned to. One we got there we were spit by 2 cabins. We were then given a jerseys and we started to play. We were losing badly we still had half an hour left and we were already tired because of the heat. When our hour was over we were told to go back to the dining hall. Once we got to our table there was water and ice cream sandwiches. We ate for the 10 minutes we had. We were then told by Emma and Brett to go back to the cabin. Once we got there everyone was spraying bug spray.

Louis: Shit I left mine in my room.

Harry: Here you go.

Harry handed me my bug spray and once I was finished I thanked him and gave it back to him.

Niall: I don't even want to go the camp fire.

Liam: Why maybe we will get s'mores tonight?

Luke: We won't tonight.

Zayn: Yeah we usually get them the end of the week and on the trip to the other side of the lake.

Harry: The what?

Louis: We canoe to the other side of the lake and sleep there overnight on Friday.

Harry: That's in 4 days.

Louis: Yeah.

Harry: Ugh.

We got ready and headed out to the campfire. We found a bench and sat down. Harry and I sat down in between 2 random people. The campfire then started. We all sang and some people told stories. I looked at Harry and he was actually smiling without even noticing. I think he likes camp here but something about him coming here bothered him.
