Shawmila: Revealed Secrets

I walked towards Camila's dressing room with grin on my face. Fifth Harmony is performing in Toronto tonight, and since I was home I decided to surprise her. As I crept closer, I heard several voices, and I recognised them as the FH girls almost immediately. "... shawn." I heard Lauren say. I stopped near the door and listened to them talk.

"I mean..." Camila's voice went. "I'll go find him if I have time, I guess."

I heard Dinah grunt. "Come on Mila, you fell for him the second you first met him. MAKE A MOVE ALREADY."

Wait. Hold up... Camila Cabello, the girl I have a crush on, has a crush on me too? Butterflies erupted in me and a grin stretched across my face.

"I don't know," Camila replied. "I'm just scared that he doesn't feel the same, and I don't want to ruin the friendship we have..."

"You're crazy," Ally groaned. "Anyways we have to go check our microphones. Come on." I heard people getting up and then there was a pause. "Cami you coming?"

"Yea I'll be there in a sec, I'm going to texting Shawn to let him know I'll be coming over to his place tomorrow." I heard a hint of a smile in Camila's voice and my smile got wider. The girls squealed and I was so dizzy with happiness I forgot to hide when the girls came out. Their eyes got wide and and I put a finger on my lips, singnaling them to be quiet. They chuckled and winked at me, walking away.

After a moment I started for the door but stopped myself. Should I make a move? Is she going to accept me? Why was I scared anyways? It's not like she doesn't feel the same about me. With newfound confidence, I walked in and saw her back facing me. I placed my hand on her shoulder and spun her around.

"Sha- Shawn?" Camila said with a huge smile on her face. "Hi! I didn't know you were coming!"

"I wanted to surprise you," I bent down and kissed the top of her head, my face flushing pink as I did.

Camila looked up, the shade of her face matching mine. "What was that for?"

"Nothing," I said, our eyes meeting.

"Really Shawn?"

"Maaaybe," I drew out the word, a playful smile playing on my face. "Look, I was wondering if you, like, wanted to, uh, go out sometimes? I've liked you for a long time already and I didn't have the guts to make a move until just now. I may or may not have been eavesdropping on your conversation."

Camila laughed and he face reddened. "Okay. I sound like a teenager but I like you too Shawn... since the day I met you," she smiled and even more butterflies erupted in my stomach. I took her hand, and sighed. This felt so right, too right. "So... my place, tomorrow?"

"Sure," Camila replied, intertwining her fingers with mine.

That's when we heard the squeals. We both snapped our heads towards the direction the sound was coming from and saw the girls screaming. They rushed in and threw their arms around us.

"We've been waiting for this for so long," Normani gushed.

"Jeez guys," Camila laughed. "Imagine our fans when they find out..."
