Chapter IV : An Unexpected Visitor

The fireworks were beautiful.  But why did everyone tell you to go there?  ' I'll just save those  questions for later' you thought to yourself.  But little did You know, there might not be a later...
    You hear the sound of your balcony door opening.  You look in that direction.
    'No.  No no no no no.  What is going on?!?!?!  What is he here?!?!?!  No no no no no no!!!!!'. On the inside, your mind was going crazy;  but on the outside, all that could be seen was a girl just looking out at the wonderful firework display.

Y.c.'s pov

After the many hints I was given by my friends through the adventure through the house, I walked onto the balcony.  I heard the booming fireworks and looked out to them, when I saw...

Y.n.

What?!?!  No, was this all planned out on purpose??  Or was it a coincidence??  "Uhh, hey" I said,  which came out way more awkward than I anticipated.

She turned around.

Wow she was gorgeous without even trying!!!  Her beautiful hair swiftly sweeping alongside her head as she turns around to look at me.

To look at me.

Well, it was only because I said hi.  If I hadn't this moment would have never happened.  We were alone, together, on her balcony.  The door was shut.  I had heard it click earlier.  I think someone locked it.  That didn't concern me right now though; all that concerned me right now was the most beautiful girl in the world who was literally standing right in front of me. 
    That was the worst choice of my life.  I should have played attention!!!  I can't even express how the next few moments had affected my life...

Your Pov

I stared into his beautiful eyes, lost in the peacefulness of that moment that I never wanted to end.  I snapped myself back to life.  "Soooo..." You said, trying to spark up a conversation .

    "What's up?"  He said back.
"Not much, you?"
"Yeah, not much."
" Cool."
Moment of silence...
    
    "Sorry, I'm so weird and awkward, but...
Why did the chicken cross the road?"
You slightly laugh at his random attempt to make a joke and reply,  "I don't know, why?"
"To get to your house!"  He starts laughing very hard, and you're just staring at. him with a blank expression.  'Ugh why do I have to be so stupid!'

    "Don't you get it?" He asks.
" Uhh, no.  Sorry" you reply.
"Oh no it's fine, it's my fault.  Knock knock."
"Who's there?
"The Chicken!"
" the chicken wh- oh! "You exclaim, finally realising it.  You start laughing, and he starts laughing with you, until you two are laughing your heads off and can't control your humor.  As soon as your laughter begins to cease, he says through gasps, "Sorry, that was really cheesy."
"Are you kidding?!  That was hilarious!  Plus, I like cheesy!"
"I like you!" He said.

    "Wait, what?" You ask, not believing what you just heard ( or think you heard). 
"I, uh- nevermind." He said, seriously blushing.  "No no, you said something, what was it?"

Y.c. POV

"I like you!". I randomly blurted out.  Oh no!!!!!!  Nononononononononononono!!!!!!! 

    "Wait, what?" She asked me.  Ugh, What have I done?!?! "I, uh- nevermind." I said, trying to cover it up.  "No no, you said something, what was it? "
    Had she seriously not heard me?!  She must have been joking.  "Uhh..." Was all that came out of my stupid blabber-mouth. 
   
    "Hey, it's okay.  I like you too."  Those beautiful unexpected words might have been the last words I would ever hear from the gorgeous girl I love.
