The days advanced and Yoongi still didn't talk to Hoseok. Hoseok was really sad about Yoongi being so cold to him, but Jimin told him, that it was going to be over soon. Hoseok was a lot at the maknaeline-dorm now. He visited Jimin, they played on Jungkook's console and he ate with the younger boys. What Jimin didn't tell Hoseok was, that he also visited Yoongi, who was alone a lot now. Every evening, when Hoseok and Taehyung cleaned up the kitchen, he went downstairs to Yoongi's apartment and ate with him. Even though the elder protested, Jimin couldn't stand the idea of Yoongi eating all on his own.
"Are you helping, Jiminie?" Hoseok asked, even though he knew the answer.
"No, I'm taking a walk" Jimin said with a smile and was about to run out, when Jungkook held him back.
"You never help. All you do is set the table. I cook and TaeTae and Hoseok-hyungie clean. That's not fair, is it?" he reminded his friend. Jimin slowly shook his head. "Okay, you will clean up the kitchen today, if that's alright with you!"
"Actually, I..." Jimin started, but Jungkook interrupted him.
"You can miss your walk once, right?"
"Yes!" Jimin sighed and walked in the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Yoongi was sitting on his kitchen table, waiting for Jimin to come for their evening ritual. But Jimin didn't come. After Yoongi was waiting for about ten minutes, he decided, to go upstairs, to check if his friend was okay.
He carefully opened the door and looked in the apartment. Hoseok, Jungkook and Taehyung were sitting around a table and playing cards. Yoongi couldn't see Jimin anywhere.
"Hi, Yoongi!" Tae waved the boy. Hoseok looked straight in his cards and Jungkook gave Yoongi a glare that could've killed him.
"Where is Jimin?" Yoongi asked. Hoseok's hands were built to fists.
"He is in the kitchen!" Tae said friendly and pointed to a door in the back of the room. Yoongi nodded and walked in.
"Why didn't you come?" he asked, the moment, he stood behind Jimin. Jimin winced and turned around.
"Yoongi!" he shouted surprised. "What are you doing here?"
"Why didn't you come?" Yoongi repeated.
"I...I had to do the dishes" Jimin explained. Yoongi looked skeptical at the younger, then he nodded and left the kitchen, without losing another word. "Yoongi!" Jimin dropped the towel, he was drying the wet dishes with and ran after Yoongi in the living room, where the other three still were playing cards.
"What?" Yoongi asked surprised and turned around. Jimin stood still and for a moment it seemed, like he forgot, what he wanted to do. Then he smiled and bowed deep in front of Yoongi, who surprised widened his eyes. So did Tae, Jungkook and Hoseok.
"Jimin! What are you doing?" Yoongi shouted panicked.
"I apologize, that I left you alone, Yoongi-hyung!" Jimin said with strong voice. "I won't do it again!" Yoongi nervous looked around, not knowing what to say.
"Uhm...it's okay...I guess?" he said and scratched his neck. After Jimin still didn't stop bowing, Yoongi whispered in his ear: "It's okay, Chimchim. Get up!" Jimin got up with the brightest smile.
"Thank you, Yoongi-hyung!" he said. Yoongi nodded and a little smile played around his lips, but he held himself back.
"It's alright!" Yoongi turned around and left the apartment again.
Jimin still was grinning like a horse. The other boys were looking confused and surprised at Jimin and the door and back to Jimin, until Hoseok stood up and left the dorm, slamming the door loudly. Jimin's smile faded away.
