Chapter 12 - "Let's Make A Team!"

Your POV

"I wonder what's next, but I'm sure it won't be that easy." I said as I was glancing at the students that came out to the grounds, one after another. But I wasn't really paying much attention to them, I was just too amazed that I got second place.

"(Y/n)?"

 "Eeeeeckk!! What the... Tenya-kun!" Whoa, forgot about him... I feel bad now. He stood right in front of me as I was picking up my senses back. 'Was this much of an accomplishment (Y/n)?'

I glanced to his features and something was off... He seems pretty preoccupied. I wonder what he is thinking.

Tenyas POV

(Y/n) looked pretty amazed of her accomplishment, no to mention her face right now. 'Cute' I thought to myself as I smirked at her little reaction when I called her. Her training really paid off but I know it's still a peak of her hard work.

But I still can't deny I lost from her and Midoriya. I have to become faster and stronger or I'll be left behind by them.

Third Person POV

You tilted your head to the right as Iida's face was visibly occupied by his thoughts. You patted your hand onto his broad shoulder, reassuring him...."Don't worry Tenya-kun, I know I'll lose from you in this round. But I will do my best to stop you." You let out your tongue as you put an L at your forehead.

Iida didn't say a word but nodded to your message before glancing to the platform where Midnight was standing.

Finally, Midnight began her script, "There's more suffering ahead for those at the top. As you must have heard countless times since enrolling in U.A., this is... Plus Ultra! After taking first place in the qualifiers, Izuku Midoriya... has got ten million points!!"

Everyone glanced onto Midoriyas place including you, you could see his nervousness that is already written on his face. And besides of that, the tension was rising...  you could feel the determination of every single student at the grounds.

Midnight then continued her words as then the Cavalry Battle was heard. "The match will last 15 minutes. Each teams points are determined by its members. The rider will wear a headband displaying the total number of points! Until the match ends, you'll all compete to grab each other's points and maintain the one's you have..."

The explanation continues but it was just simply a brutal Cavalry Battle. But since the students were in an extra number, you were chosen to be handicapped for the fairness of others, this lead  you to no one teaming up with your hndicapped.

'Which team should I pick?' You thought to yourself as you glanced at the students which are already turning into teams. You finally saw Midoriya who was with Uraraka. "Midoriya!! Ochaco!!" You ran up to them as Tenya was also heading there but you were stopped.

"Hey! Outta the way ash head!" You yelled at Bakugo as he was currently grabbing your arm. "Be in my team you hairball!!" Bakugo  yelled back as his teeth were gritted violently.

Mina and Kirishima walked up to your place and scratched their heads, "Well you see (L/n), we want you to be in our team because you seem pretty handy with that speed of yours." Kirishima said as he continues to scratch his head.

"What about my handica-" You were cut off by Bakugo, "That doesn't matter you scum! You're still ridiculously fast enough!!" You glanced back at Midoriya's team and faced again to Bakugo. "Fine, you better make a good leader or I'll cut my legs hearing your ridiculous swearings." you smirked as you pulled your arm back. "What did ya say?!"

'Tenya-kun... I'll let you eat my dust again hehe'

I'M SO SORRY FOR THE LATE UPDATE!!

I got busy when Junior High School Days was coming.... I was practicing for the Let's Rock Band Competition... but we didn't win but we won our happiness..

Anyways.... last week and this week is our Semestral Break so I maybe I can update more chapters in this break I have (Last week was busy as hell too)
