His thoughts are cut off by his mom yelling at him to water the plants near the welcome mat

Jungkook groans as he throws his bag on the couch before carrying the watering can from the kitchen to water said plants

As he watered the plants he noticed something near the pot, bending down he recognised it as Jimin’s bracelet, the same one he had given Jimin years ago

This is Jimin's bracelet - Jungkook thinks holding the bracelet. The bracelet was one thing he looked for on Jimin's wrist everyday because on the inside in tiny letters he had embroidered the words forever Jungkook's and that always brought a smile on his face knowing Jimin was wearing something with his name on it. He was upset when Jimin’s wrist was empty of his name but now he knows why

Wait! - Jungkook frowns looking at the bracelet - he clearly wore the bracelet yesterday and wasn't wearing it today because it was here. So between yesterday and today how did it get here? - Jungkook's eyes widen in realization - he was here, he was early, he heard me talk to Namjoon when he asked me about Jimin. I was about to tell the truth but I saw my mom nearby and panicked and told him lies. Damn it!
