Chapter 2: Another one?

Louise's POV

I let out a scream when the 'vampire' pushed me off the cliff. It seemed like a 4000 foot drop. While I was falling, I looked down, just to see a place similar to a forest or something. Unfortunately for me, there weren't any trees where I was landing to break my fall. I was really scared. I'm too young to die. I'm 19 for Peat's Sake!

Oh how I wish a miracle would happen right now. But the sad part is that I know it's not.

And you know what's even worst? That I have a brother and sister who I'll miss dearly.

They're the only ones who I have left after my parents died.

The funny thing is, that I don't even know how they died. None of us do.

Alex told me that they were supposed to attend a really important meeting one day but they never came back. The next day he found a note saying that our parents died and that we shouldn't look for them.

Me and Linda were two at the time so we didn't really understand anything.

Our grandparents arrived the next day we received the note and took us in.

We lived with them till a year ago when they passed away.

So after our grandparents passed, Alex found this cabin and we've been living there ever since.

I never thought I have to say goodbye to it this soon.

Sigh, I guess this is it. My time's up.

Niall's POV

I was just taking a peaceful walk in the forest near me and my 4 best mates huge cabin. It was like a house really, but we liked to call it, The Hulk Cabin, just for the heck of it.

After a while, I reached a clearing. It was really beautiful. Flowers everywhere and some small animals, which we kill sometimes.

Oh and by the way, me and the lads are vampires. But we're different, sorta. We don't drink human blood. We could, but we rather not. That's what makes us special. None of the other vampires have this ability. They don't think twice about who their next prey is. They just attack. They can't control the hunger that takes over them.

I sat in the middle of the clearing, legs crisscrossed, and closed my eyes and enjoyed the peaceful silence that surrounded me. That is, until the silence was broken by an ear piercing scream.

It sounded like it came from above me, which is weird.

I immediately got to my feet and looked up. I saw a small figure falling from a cliff that was right above me. It looked to be a girl. But why was she falling from a cliff? Is she trying to commit suicide? Did she slip? Did someone push her off?

I didn't know what to do so I decided to see if I could go underneath her and catch her. My super strength helps in this case.

She fell into my arms with such force that it send us flying backwards till my back hit a tree. I groaned in pain before looking down at the girl in my arms. She was really beautiful. She had brown curly locks and beautiful brown eyes.

Her lips where meters away from meeting mine which I think is an awkward position to be in.

"Are you ok?" I whispered.

"What ... huh? Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm fine. Thank you." She whispered back.

She seemed to be a bit shaken up. I can't blame her.

She then noticed our position but remained where she was.
