I was upset with myself for drinking too much alcohol and getting myself in the situation I was in. I was so ashamed that I quietly crept out of Brody's bed,grabbed my clothes and got out of the house without Brody knowing. I had forgotten all about Emma that I ran home to see if she was ok. When I arrived,I saw the babysitter sleeping on the ground in our room(because there was only one furniture in the house and that was the bed) and Emma sleeping in our bed. Because there was no shower yet, i looked into my suitcase,changed into my clothes and packed our dirty laundry in a bag to wash in the girls locker room during my free time. I did my morning routine and headed off to school.When I arrived at the school gate I saw sarah:hey girl

Sarah:where
Were u last night I was looking every where
Me:I'll tell u everything later at lunch ok?
Sarah:ok
(Bell rings)
Sarah:come on let's get to class
Me:yeah let's go
Emily's P.O.V
Right through our morning classes,I was thinking about how I would explain what had happened at vanessa's party to Sarah. It wz finally lunch time.we sat at our usual spot at the cafeteria. I looked around to see if Brody wz there and he wasn't.
Sarah:soooooo?
Me:well I don't know how I'm gonna say this so I'll jus spill it
Sarah:ok
I slept with Brody at vanessa's party.
Sarah YOU. DID. WHAT.???!!!
me:yep I did I slept with Brody Stevens.
Sarah:wait so that's u u disappeard last night?
Sarah:don't make it sound like I wanted to sleep with him
Sarah:wait did u?
Me:NO!! I wz completely drunk.
Sarah:ok well u have to tell me everything
Me:there's not much to say I wz drunk remember? All ik is that one time I dancing with u n the other I'm in Brody's room NAKED.
Sarah:oh ok then let's eat

Me:hey Josh what's up?
Josh: can I talk to u alone for a sec?
Me:uh sure. I'll be back Sarah

Josh:I wanted to make sure u were alright after disappearing last night.
Me:I'm sorry Josh didn't mean to run out on u like that ......it was jus .... that I had some family errands to run so I took off.I'm sorry I didn't inform u I wz having so much fun
Josh:ok cool I jus wanted to make sure it wasn't something I did
Me:ofc it wasn't
Josh:there's actually something else

(Josh took Emily's hand n led her in the middle of the cafeteria and got down on one knee)
Josh:Emily Roberts ik we haven't known each other for very long but I feel that we are meant to be together and I wanted to ask u right here right now in front of everyone If u would make me the happiest guy ever and be my girlfriend.
Emily:yes yes yes.
Everyone:awwwwwwww
Sarah:u go girl.
(Bell rings)
Josh:I'll see you after school?
Me:yeah sure
Sarah:girl that wz awesome you're so lucky
Me:thanks girl let's get to class.
Emily's P.O.V.
That was like the best moment in my life. Being with Josh is a dream come true. When I'm with him I forget all of my troubble. He even makes me forget how I'm poor. While lost in my thoughts I saw someone. I saw brody.
Sarah: look who decided to show up
Emily's P.O.V
When I saw Brody my mood was changed. I did bot know exactly what mood I wz in but I knew that it wz not the same mood I wz in a minute ago.
Brody walked passed me and started making out with vanessa in the hallway. I was hurt inside because of what had jus happened.
Sarah:the nerve he has. Do u want me to deal with him?
Me:no its fine nothing he can do will change my mood about how I'm excited that IM JOSH BANNER'S GIRLFRIEND.
Sarah:u r so right girl. Now hurry up we're already late for class.
Emily's P.O.V.
The day went by pretty fast than usual and it wz time to see MY BOYFRIEND and get home
Josh:hey Emily
Me:hey Josh
Josh:would u like me to accompany u home?
Me:I would love to but I have to pick up my sister n head by my grandparents
Josh:um ok then I'll c u tomorrow
Me:ok bye
(Josh kisses my cheeks)
Sarah:hey girl
Me:hey
Sarah:how about sleep over by your house tonight?
Me:sorry I can't my house is being renovated
Sarah:uh ok maybe next time then
Me:yeah sure bye
Sarah:bye
Emily's P.O.V
I felt really bad lying to josh and Sarah but I don't think it's time for them to find out the truth about me and that I'm poor. Will they even accept me for who i really am? Will josh find out that I slept with Brody?
