Your POV
Elizabeth rushed back to the kitchen "Dinner will be done in an hour and 30!" She shouted as you and Kevin headed upstairs to his room.
You sighed a little "Man that was hard..." you mumbled. "Obviously! You could've let me handle it Y/N!" Kevin said loudly glaring at you. You looked down and sighed "I'm sorry..."
Kevin shook his head and sighed "Why would you do that? I always worry about you Y/N and knowing my mother...she could call the police at any given time.." he said sadly.
"I'm sorry.." You got up and rushed out of the room. "Y/N! Wait!" Kevin shouted but it was too late, you were already out of the house. You looked up at the stars then looked down to your feet.
You walked to one of the houses and knocked on the door. You quietly wait for them to answer. You sighed and begin to walk away as the door opened; you turned back around and your eyes widen.
"Yes? How may I help you Y/N?" Double Dee said with a smile on his face. "Can...I stay here for a few nights? Kevin's mom...my aunt, kicked me out.." You said looking down once again. "Oh dear heavens! Of course you can! Come on in" he stepped to the side to allow you in.
You walked in and instantly took off your shoes keeping them by the front door. You looked around and thought 'Wow, it's much cleaner than I suspected..'
"Have you made dinner yet Double Dee?" You asked looking over at him. "No I have not, have you eaten yet?" He replied looking back at you. You shook your head no in response.
"Well, do you want me to cook something for the both of us?" He asked smiling. You blushed a little looking down then nodded. "Alright then it's settled!" He moved his way to the kitchen.
"Ah...you um don't have to Double Dee..." You said softly "Nonsense! For a lady whom hasn't eaten yet, I'm more than welcome to cook up something for her." Your blush deepened a little then you sighed "Alright...I'll be on the couch if you need me."
|| HELLO KIDDOS!!! Yeah, it's an update, SHOCKING RIGHT!? Lol anyways, I'm thinking about deleting my other books besides this one and my new one. I just dont have motivation to write them anymore. So which means, this one and my other book will be getting updated more! More of my other book though since I already have an idea of what to write about more than this one. Welp, that's all! Hope you enjoyed it! Sorry its short! ||
