The following day, which was a Monday, I had school. So I got up, did my usual, ' get ready' routine, combed my hair and head out the door, of course telling my parents the casual, "See ya," giving them their hugs.
I couldn't stop thinking about what happened last night. While thinking about that, I looked up to see who? Freaking Charles.
I wanted to act normal with him but I just couldn't so I ignored him when he waved.
Throughout the day at school, he tried talking to me but I made excuses. It was either 'I have to go to class,' 'I have to study,' 'I have to do this thing with my friend .'
I finally had a free last period so I was making my way to the benches outside.
As soon as I sat, I felt the presence of someone behind me. I turned around. Charles.
"Charles? What? Are you stalking me or something? " I ask, narrowing my eyes.
"No, I just wanted to say that I am truly sorry, I know I placed you in an awkward spot by asking you and telling you what I did. Please forgive me?"
"It's okay," I said and stretched my arms out to hug him."
He sounds so sorry and his face, his face was filled with emotions. I hope he really is sorry although it wasn't that bad.

Later on that day, my friend, Raven and I went shopping at the mall.Raven was one of my best friends. I could tell her anything. She's like the sister I never had. Plus, the fun thing about is, I've known her all my life. She's also my cousin. Ha.
So we were just strolling through the mall, window shopping and buying little things at the same time, Then Boom, there's my former crush, standing at the food court just staring at me with a smirk.
Shit he's coming towards me. Turn around quick Agnes.
"Heyyyy James" I stretched the word and followed it by the biggest 'I don't want you here ' smile.
"Hi Agnes, how are you?"
"I'm fine, thank you. And you?"
"I'm Alright. What plans have you made for your birthday tomorrow?"
Oh yeah, my birthday is tomorrow. April 24th. Ugh. How'd he remember Anyway?
"Nothing, I guess."
"Could I take you out for a friendly dinner?"
"Yeah I guess, since I won't be doing anything. You should give my parents a call though, to let them know." I smiled.
"Sure no problem. So glad to see you. It's been months." He said pulling me in for a hug.
Oouu he smelt nice. Snap out of it Ag.
"Well see you then Aggy, later Raven," He waved.
He gave a last turn and winked as I said the words, "Don't call me that."
He was the only one that called me 'Aggy' for some reason. I would blush so hard whenever he called me that but its been a while.
