Till then Bissop and Gibbs were getting ready to head back to DC and Gibbs called Tony who was kissing passionately Ziva then he laid down Ziva on the coach and his phone rang "Dam it!" He said between the kiss and Ziva puled away so he could answer his phone :
D: Hey boss
G:Get back here we are leaving
D:Ok... Boss I am coming...
Tony hang up and looked at Ziva "If you change your mind call me" He said leaving a soft goodbye kiss in her lips and walked away.
When they arrived in DC they drove at NCIS and gave Michael Jikon to some police officers so he would get a sweet journey on a beach house that's called jail. Gibbs, Bissop and Tony sat at their desk McGee was asked to fix something in MTAC so he wasn't there. As Gibbs sat on his desk he noticed that ther were some papers on his desk. It was for Ziva to became a field agent again and had his flashback when he was in his basement and Ziva killed her half brother Ari to save HIS life <flashback ends > He got a pen and without second thoughts he signed it.
