[Mishas Pov]
"Should we wake them west?"
"I don't know. Mom hasn't been sleeping well. Let's wake dad instead." I chuckled softly to myself as they walked over to my side of the bed. I felt fingers poke my bare back considering I was laying away from them.
"Daddy. Daddy wake up." I gave Y/ns neck a gentle kiss and pulled myself away to roll over.
"I'm up but be quiet, mommy's still sleeping." Maison nodded.
"We were gonna wake her but she's always so tired now."
"She is. That's because the baby's are just about ready to come and it's taking a big toll on her body." Maison frowned at that and West raised an eyebrow.
"Why's that?"
"Because they have to use her body for all the nutrients and things that help them grow." West nodded and glanced over at Y/n. She was laying on her back now, hand across her stomach and a sour look on her face. Either she was having a bad dream or something hurt.
"Why don't we go make mommy breakfast and bring it up to her?" The kids nodded and ran upstairs. I heard Y/n waking up a little beside me.
"Babe?"
"Shh go back to sleep it's okay. You need it." I gave her a small kiss as she nodded. I climbed out of bed and pulled on a pair of flannel bottoms over my bare abdomen. I scratched my chest as I walked out, gently closing the door behind me. I walked upstairs and into the kitchen.
"What should we make guys?" I clapped my hands together, getting their attention quikly.
"Mommy's favorite! F/b/F [Favorite breakfast food]." I nodded and smiled.
"Sounds good to me! Can you guys gather up all the ingredients we need?" They nodded and set off to work. I pulled down the few bowls and stuff I needed and we got to work.
"Hey dad,"
"Mm?"
"Are you and mom ever gonna get married?" I looked up at him from what I was doing and shrugged.
"Sometime soon we will. I'm not sure when. Why do you ask?" He shrugged and looked back down.
"Just wondering." I noticed a small frown grow on his face causing one to grow on mine.
"What's wrong Westy?"
"I heard you and mom talking one day about our actual mom, how she made you sad when you got married and then you guys stopped being together. I don't want that to happen with you and Y/n." I frowned more and pulled west into a hug.
"Hey bud it's okay, that's not going to happen. Your real mom wasn't very nice to me. She hurt me alot. But Y/n cares for me. We'll be together for a very long time."
"You promise?" I nodded and smiled.
"I pinky promise." I connected our pinkies and gave them a gentle kiss.
"Now, let's finish cooking before mom wakes up hangry."
--
I opened our bedroom door and let West and Maison in first with their trays, holding one of my own with our food.
"Mommy wake up! We made you breakfast!" Y/n groaned a little and rubbed at her eyes.
"W-what?"
"Dad said we should make you breakfast in bed because you haven't really been feeling well. We made your favorite!" She sat up a little and smiled down at the kids.
"Awe you really didn't have to. You guys are too sweet!" She moved a few pillows to support her back against the headboard and one on her lap to support the trays. Since she's been pregnant our bed has turned into nothing but pillows. She took the trays from the kids and placed them on the pillow.
"Did I need to make you kids breakfast when I'm done?" Maison shook her head and pointed to me.
"Nope! Daddy made us some already so we could sit up here with you!" She looked up at me with a small smile.
"Well then, come have a seat!" The kids scrambled onto the bed while I walked over and sat beside Y/n. I gave the kids their food, instructing them to be careful, and dug into my own.
"Oh my god this is so good." I chuckled softly and looked over at Y/n.
"The kids did most of the work. I just made sure they didn't hurt themselves."
"I think we've got two little chefs in the house." Both kids let out happy giggles as they ate their food. I wrapped an arm around Y/n shoulders while I ate my own food. She layed her head on my shoulder and took a sip of her drink.
"Are you two ready for Santa to come tonight?" West and Maison nodded frantically.
"Yes! We went out with dad yesterday to get Santa some cookies." Maison nearly screamed when West mentioned it.
"WE FORGOT CARROTS FOR RUDOLPH DADDY!" Y/n and I both were a little shocked at her sudden cries and West just looked at her confused.
"Hey, hey sweetie it's okay. Mommy will go out and buy some later on today okay? Rudolph will get his carrots don't worry." She pulled a crying maison into her arms carefully so she wouldn't knock anything over. I looked at the two of them with a sad smile. The chemistry these two had was amazing. It was like Y/n knew her since birth. It was beautiful, really, how well she got on with my kids. I didn't expect someone this amazing to come along and date such a broken person like me who already had two kids. It was amazing.
We spent the whole day relaxing in our pajamas and watching Christmas movies, besides one small carrot shopping intermission. It was amazing. Now it was hitting on 8:00 and soon time for Y/ns surprise. Jensen offered to watch the kids since he hadn't seen them in a while which was amazing. He ended up coming early though to help Y/n get ready while I finished preparing everything. He knew exactly what I had planned for this evening and he couldn't be happier. Let's just hope I pull this off and everything goes as planned.
I hope you all are staying as safe as you can and as healthy as you can. I know this is a scary time but we're all in this together! So, with this extra time, I hope to do a lot more writing. I honestly thought this book was dead and people weren't enjoying it anymore but I've been proved wrong. I'm so glad you all are still enjoying it and I hope to finish it and start the sequel very soon.
I love you all and please stay as safe as you possibly can!! I'll be back hopefully soon with another, more eventful chapter. See you all soon!!
