Chapter 60 - BBQ news

It was finally time for the BBQ. It was a few weeks since I learned I'd be hosting the Peoples Choice Awards and I've been in contact with them frequently. They haven't set a date yet, that's still being determined, but nominations are fast approaching. Life was starting to get crazy for us.

I was currently helping misha set up the decorations outside. West and maison were at a friends house for a bit so we could get things ready without any problems.

"I can't believe it'll be our two year anniversary soon." Misha mumbled as he hung up some streamers. I chuckled softly and smiled.

"I almost forgot. We've been so busy it slipped my mind." Misha nodded and helped me with some balloons.

"I get it, I almost did too. It's crazy how much our lives have been changing these past few months." I nodded and smiled, tieing up a balloon misha blew up because he can't.

"How are we going to tell everyone?" Misha asked as he finished blowing up a green balloon. I shrugged, knowing what he was referring to; the pregnancy and hosting PCA

"Never really thought much about it. I was thinking just saying it. I'll figure something out." Misha smiled snd kissed my cheek.

"I believe in you my dear." I smiled back and helped finish the decorating. After another hour, I climbed off the stool I was on and looked at my phone.

"The kids should be getting back soon and everyone else should be showing up. I'm gonna go shower and get changed. Are you okay to finish getting things ready?" Misha nodded and placed his hands on my hips.

"Of course I am. I don't need you overworking yourself. Take as long as you need to shower." I gave a soft thank you and headed inside. He finished the basement a few days ago and moved all our stuff down there with the help of jared snd jensen. I took my time walking down the stairs and into the bedroom. I grabbed out a pair of jeans that could still fit and one of mishas button ups. I took my clothes and headed into the bathroom to get ready.

"Misha! Jareds here!" I called after give him and Gen a hug. I didn't hear an answer, causing me to role my eyes.

"He's out back at the grill with jensen. Go slap him for me  and tell him to answer when I yell." Jared laughed and nodded, leaving me with Gen who had a devilish look on her face.

"What?"

"You're pregnant, aren't you?" I raised an eyebrow at her, trying to look as confused as possible.

"What do you mean?"

"I see how you waddled on over here, a hand on your back. I'm pregnant too ya know, I can tell." I sighed and fowned for a split second before it turned to a smile and I nodded.

"Alright fine you caught me! But don't say anything! We haven't told anyone and we're doing that today." She nodded and smiled wide, giving me another hug and whispering congratulations into my ear. As she walked away there was another knock on the door. I opened it and smiled wide.

"Sarah! Evan! I thought you guys couldn't make it?!" Sarah rolled her eyes with a laugh and hugged me.

"Of course I would make it! Our flight got delayed though so sorry were a little late." I shook my head and gave evan a hug.

"You're okay people are still showing up. They're all outside right now." Sarah and evan nodded, walking off to go mingle with everyone. More friends and family arrived and within no time everyone was here, now the party was getting started.

I felt a pair of arms snake around my waist and rub my belly as I stood at the kitchen counter cutting more topping for the burgers. I looked down at the hands and smiled knowing they were mishas.

"You wanna tell them now before they get too crazy?" He whispered in my ear after giving my neck a gentle kiss. I nodded and put the tomatoes I finished cutting in a bowl.

"Might as well." Misha smiled and kissed my hair, grabbing the bowls and walking outside. I followed and stood at the head of the pool, furthest from the house.

"Can I have everyone's attention please?!" I called out as misha came to stand beside me. Everyone dropped what they were doing and put their attention on us.

"Misha and I have a few things we need to share. But first, we want to thank you all for coming and being amazing people! You all stuck by me in my worst times and made sure misha didn't die on me." Everyone laughed and cheered. I smiled wide and waved my hands for them to calm down all bit.

"Okay, so, first thing. I received a call the other day that I never thought I get in a million years; it was people's choice awards. They asked me to host the one coming up!" Everyone gasped and asked if I took it or not. I nodded.

"I did! I'm hosting the 2015 Peoples Choice Awards!!" Everyone screamed but misha stopped them before they could come hug me.

"That's not all she's got though. As you all know, a year ago, in a few days, Y/n and I discovered we were accepting our first child together. Then a month or so later we uh, we lost the baby." Misha wrapped an arm around my waist as I leaned into his side, nodding slowly and sadly.

"We all know the aftermath of that, how bad of a tole it took on her. But I can happily say as of today my beautiful girlfriend is 4 1/2 months sober." Before people could clap I slipped in me own statement.

"And 4 1/2 months pregnant!" I turned to the side and lifted my shirt to expose my round belly. Everyone gasped and screamed.

"We beat the three month mark! We did it! And best of all, we're having twins!" Misha laughed and hugged me tight. Everyone started running up to say their congratulations. It was great. I guess getting kicked out of that stupid facility was worth it.

I got my job back, my family back, and best of all Im having twins with my favorite person in the world. I couldn't be happier.

Eyy yall guess who's back! Life's been crazy once again, i cant seem to catch a break. So i deeply apologize for such crazy waits and inconsistent updates. However, i do have some news. This book is almost over! There are only 5 chapters left! However, do not fret my lovelys, there will be a sequel! I do not care if it is wanted i am gonna do it anyway!

Im on summer vacay now so hopefully it wont take me 3 more months for another update. I hope you all are doing good. Be safe, take time for yourselves and ill see you in the next one. Buh-bye!!
