*James POV*

We were just having a little break from our volleyball game. I grabbed my water bottle, I heard them talking about me and Jane again. Complaining that is. It's not my fault I have a girlfriend I wanna spend time with and they don't. I was with Marcus, Blaze and Emmet. We were playing two on two. I checked my phone, I had a text from Jane.

Hi, If you have time now, or nope just now, could we meet up at your place?

I giggled, and all the guys looked at me.  "Sorry guise I'm meeting Jane," I announced.
"What? No, man you're always with her." Blaze said disappointingly.
"Yeah come on, we were barely starting to get good." Marcus said. Emmet just nodded. I texted her back:

Yeah, I'll be there in five.

I walked quickly. Wondering what was so urgent. I soon saw Jane's car parked outside my house. She was sitting on the porch, wearing jeans for the first time. Skinny black jeans and a grey tank top. She smiled when she saw me.

"What's up?" I said and sat myself next to her.
"Can I wait till we get inside?" She asked.
"Sure," I said wondering what was so important. She looked like she was about to pop the question or something. I opened the door and let her in first. We went over to the couch and I sat down, Jane, she wanted to stand for some reason. She was twining her hands together.

"So, your probably wondering why I'm acting so weird. Well I'll skip right to it, -so Sarah was a bit mad at me for interrupting her and Nick yesterday. When I called she was with him so- "
"Yeah I know she told me about that," I interrupted.
"She told you?"
"Yeah, she told me her and Nick were getting on when you called, I told her it was too bad. That's why she was laughing when you came up." I continued. Jane looked puzzled but continued:
"So anyway she asked me to repay the favor. She wants to go camping with Nick, so I have to go too. They'd never let her go camping just her and Nick, so she's going to tell them it's me and her going camping. But because they are sort of all over each other all the time, I think it' going to be incredibly awkward for me. If I go alone. So here is where you come in. I know you said you did't like camping but- I was wondering if you'd like to keep me company. But i totally understand if you don't want to." She said it all really fast, sort of a never ending conversation with herself.
"I'd love to go camping with you," I just said with a grin.
"Oh, great."

***

Jane and their idea of camping was completely different from mine. I imagined tents, no toilets and campfires. In stead we got a big house with tree bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, cinema, living room and I don't even know what. We were all sleeping in the largest room with four single beds. Sarah and Nick moved theirs together immediately. I had to persuade Jane to let me do it. We were now sitting on the floor in a circle like thing. Sarah half leaning on Nick and Jane leaning on me. We are doing some sort of questioning, mostly about Jane and I.

"So James your mother is like really cool with everything, have you ever like been busted, or get told off by her?" Jane asked me. Sarah and Nick stopped their conversation and listened.
"No," I thought real hard. "Well, guess there was one time when I was thirteen. My mom found a bunch of condoms in my drawer, she got pretty mad."
"Wait, what? You had condoms when you were thirteen?"
"Yeah all boys have that, right Nick," I grinned, Nick nodded confirmingly. The girls still looked like question marks so I continued. "We use them for-"
"Okay stop! You're so gross. I don't wanna hear it," She giggled. Sarah was laughing uncontrollably.
"Please can we talk about something else?" Jane asked. Sarah had finally calmed down and had a smirk on her face when she asked me something. "Did you know, that Jane is the most ticklish person I have ever met?"
"I did not! That is an interesting fact," I grinned.
"SARAH, why do you have to ruin my life?!" Jane called out angrily but she was still smiling.
"Come on, I'm just making your life more interesting. She barely touches boys, she is so boring."
"I don't know about that, she's done more than-" I started.
"Just stop! Why are all humans so gross, for God's sake, just stop! Jane called out
and got up. She left the room, and slammed with the door.
"Ooops," Sarah said. "She's always been a bit sensitive," she continued.
"Yeah, I've noticed. Um, so- should I go and talk to her?"
"Of course, but I'd keep the tickling to a minimum if I was you," she smiled.

I got up and reached the door.
"Oh and don't forget to apologize," she called out.
"Got it," I replied.

I searched all the rooms in the house, but she was no where to be found. I found her after some time on the terrace. She was watching the sky. "What are you doing?" I asked softly.
"Watching the sun set, it should be any moment now," she replied.
"Do you mind if I join you?" I was unsure what she was going to say.
"No."   I stood next to her and waited. And sure enough, about half a minute later the first yellow streak appeared and the sky went blood red. It was so beautiful, even more beautiful with Jane by my side. The sky had turned dark purple and the yellow streaks turned red. A few more minutes and and it was all dark blue, and the stars came out. I lifted Jane up and carried her up to our room. Sarah and Nick were still talking on the floor.

"What time is it?" Jane asked when I dumped her on her bed.
"About midnight, why?" I told her.
"Just tired," she yawned. She went into the bathroom first to get ready. I started taking off my socks. "Jane is not going to like that," Sarah said eying me.
"What she can't expect me to sleep with my clothes on."
"I know, I'm just saying," she continued and kissed Nick.
"Get your own room if your going to do that," Jane said when she arrived. Sarah giggled.
"And what? Leave you alone with him, I couldn't do that," she smirked.

Jane had changed into a cute pajama shorts and a shirt. Her hair was in a long braid.
"What are you doing?" She asked me as I was taking of my shirt, I grinned.
"I can't sleep with all this on."
"Fine, but you are not sleeping naked," she said jumping up on the bed.

Sarah went next, at the bathroom up here, I took the one down stairs. Nick had to wait for one of us, my guess was me. Girls use such a long time. I wonder what they do. I brushed my teeth and got ready, Nick passed me in the stairs. I guess I was right. Jane was already in bed, but she still had her eyes open. I slipped off my pants and got in on my side. She scowled at me, and I got the message; 'don't you dare come any closer.' The door opened and Nick came in closely followed by Sarah, who was just in her undergarments. They turned of the light and got in. There was a silence before Sarah broke it.

"Jane, do you still have your undergarments on?"
"I will just pretend I didn't hear that.. Good night Nick, James." Jane answered.
It sounded a bit far away. So I just reached out my hand to see where she was. My hand touched her back, I think. She winced.
"Do not touch me," she threatened. Sarah bust into a loud laughter, even Nick laughed. Jane was sleeping curled up against the wall, you'd think she thought I was poisonous or something. Soon they were all sleeping and I felt Jane coming closer as I fell asleep.

*Sarah's POV*

A bucket of ice cold water hit me in the face. I screamed. What the hell? I almost crashed into Jane, as I tried to rise. Her grey-blue eyes staring at me, I noticed the empty bucket in her right hand.
"Revenge is so sweet," she smirked. So, so cold. I shook my head.
"What did I do?" I asked confused.
"James has been tickling me all morning," she scowled. Aha, I figured. Wait all morning?
"What time is it?" I asked and clutched my head, I could feel a headache on the way.
"9 am. I'm gonna make some pancakes," she said almost dancing out of the room.

Wow, someone was in a good mood today. I reached out my hand and it hit Nick's back. He was still sleeping that lucky- thing. I pushed him off and he hit the ground hard.
"OUCH!" He looked at me, "What the hell was that for?"
I just scowled at him, he got up and tried to kiss me. I was so not in the mood for that right now. I pushed him away.
"What happened to you," he said with a softer voice as he finally notice my drenched hair.
"Jane," I muttered and headed for the bathroom.

I turned the water on and stripped off, and got in. If I was lucky then James and Jane hadn't used all the warm water. I didn't bother washing my hair, as we were probably going in the pool anyway. I got out and realized I forgot to bring a towel. That is just great. I opened the door and shouted through the creek;

"Hello is anyone there? Nick?"
"Yeah." It was Nick, that was good.
"Can you give me my towel? It's in my bag."
"I could, but I just lied down." Or not so good, that lazy thing. I raised my voice; "Can you please-" I was interrupted.
"Alright, chill. I'm getting it." He laughed. "You have some lovely undergarments in here, I have to say."  Of course he had to look through my stuff. I rolled my eyes. I heard him coming closer.
"Can I come in?"
"No, I don't have any clothes on." I rolled my eyes again.
"So?" I can't believe him. I snapped: "Just give me my towel and no one gets hurt."
"Okay, okay. Someone is in a foul mood today."
He handed me my towel. I slammed the door shut, and wrapped it around me. I opened the door again and walked into the room. I saw Nick was back to resting on 'our' bed. My hope of making him leave the room so I could change vanished. I grabbed my bag and went into the bathroom again. I got my bikini on a denim shorts and a yellow tank top. I put on some waterproof mascara and a little eyeliner, just to make my eyes pop. I pulled my hair into a high ponytail, shoved my bag back in the room and headed for the kitchen.

I could smell it already, the delicious smell of pancakes. I sat down next to James, who was already eating. "Here, I thought you'd like some coffee," Jane said and handed me a cup."Thank you," I said and added some milk in. Me without coffee in the mornings are is not such a good combination. I smiled at her.
"So no hard feeling about this morning I take it?" She asked.
"Nope, I forgive you," I said.
"Why don't I believe you?" She answered. Damn, she knows me too well.
"Because you probably right," I smirked. I had something special in mind for her, but it had to wait until it got dark. I'm not much of a morning person. I ate my pancakes in silence. Nick joined us after everyone was about done, he was mad no one had told him.
"So anyone care to join me in the pool later?" I asked.
"I don't know, it's probably too cold." Jane said. Not colder than the bucket of ice you threw in my face this morning I thought to myself.
"You have a pool?" James said. Nick was too busy eating the rest of the pancakes to even replie.
"Yeah, it's under the terrace, didn't you see it?" I said.
"Cool, I'd go. But only if Jane goes," he said.
"Jane?" I demanded.
"What?" She said like I had interrupted a deep thought.
"Are you coming or not?"
"I can come, but I'm not going in." Nick was coming, so I didn't ask him. He loves swimming.

Me, Nick and James where all swimming when Jane finally came out. She had a towel and a big book in her arms. I figured. She's spent all this time putting a bikini on and she's not even planning on swimming. She lied the towel out in the usual perfect square and placed the book on the top right corner. I had an idea.
"Jane, don't freak out now but I think there is a spider in your hair," I said with my most serious voice. Jane froze. She hates spiders more than anything in the world. She flipped her hands through her hair and started screaming; "Oh my God, Oh my God. Is it gone?"
"No I can still see it?" I winked at Nick and James. Jane was jumping around hysterically.
"Do you want me to take it for you?" I said calmly but I couldn't stop smiling. It was really hilarious.
"No James can do it," she called out and walked over to the edge of the pool. I think James got my idea too, and pulled her in. She screamed. Nick and I were laughing so hard. I think I almost drowned.
