Sakura's P.O.V
Sakura heaved a sigh as her obnoxious best friend, Ino, finished putting Sakura's hair up for the Festival. They were getting ready to meet with the rest of Team 7, Team 8, and Team 10.
"Look, Ino, I'm not in the mood to go... can't you just go without me?" I questioned while i turned to look at her.
"Sakura, come on! You need a break from working in the hospital for so long, why not have fun?" Ino said while giving a smile. "I mean, you may find someone, like a boyfriend." Ino said as she gave me a weird smile. "Besides, Shikamaru is waiting for me." Ino says.
"Well, I'll go...Just to make you happy! Come on, we need to be there by 5:30pm!" I say while I stood up to go to the door.
"Thats more like it, Forehead!" Ino said as she giggled. "Wait, before you go, you should wear these heels i got just for you!" Ino said as she gestures towards the heels, indicating for me to wear it.
"W-what?! I have to wear those?" I exclaim.
"Of course! Just wear it for tonight please??" Ino asks with bright, puppy dog eyes.
"Ugh, Fine! Just for tonight!" I grumpily say while I put it on. We both get out, into the beautiful evening, Ino and I talked about our missions and just regular girl convo. The lights of the festival were coming into view and music could be heard.
We walked past many booths and people, Man I was getting hungry! This continued for about 2 more minutes until we arrived at our meeting place.
"Finally, You guys arrived!" Kiba said loudly.
"Yeah! I am so hungry now! Let's go eat!" Naruto says impatiently while going over to the nearest food booth.
"Hn. Just don't get us in any trouble Naruto." Sasuke says while following him.
"I agree with Naruto, Lets go!" Choji exclaims happily as he leaves to go join Naruto and Sasuke.
"I-i'm hungry too, Let's go follow them?" Hinata says while she looks to the direction of Naruto.
"Ah, You just want to be near Naruto huh?" Kiba teases and laughs. "Lets go though, I am hungry myself!" Kiba says while leaving as Akamaru nudges for Hinata to go also.
"Wait for me, guys." Shino says as he runs over to Kiba and Hinata.
"Well, what do you wanna do Ino?" Shikamaru asks.
"I want to go play some games first! Come on!" Ino says as she grabs Shikamaru's arm, dragging him to the booths.
"Ugh, Mendouksai..." I hear Shikamaru mumble to himself.
"These heels hurt.. I'll just go and find a place to sit..." I think to myself.
I walk around, trying to look for a bench or something to sit on. All of the benches were taken by people who are eating, resting, or people who were making out. I didn't want to disturb any of them so I decided to go to the fountain place, where it is quite and has benches.
I walk towards the fountain, the sound of music fading away as I get closer. I find a bench, so I walk over to it, sighing as I sit down. Ah, my feet are now relieved...

Itachi's P.O.V
I sit on a branch of a tree, taking a break from the recent ANBU mission. I look up to the stars, peacefully enjoying the night. I slowly close my eyes, until I heard a sigh. I open my eyes and wonder who the hell would be here when there was a festival going on. I look down towards the area where I heard the sigh, And I see a girl with pink hair, sitting down alone.
If I recall correctly, she is my younger brother's squad mate... I wonder what she is doing here.
I swiftly jump off the tree, making no noise, and I silently walk over to her.
"Hey, whats someone like you doing here at this time..?" I say as I sit quietly next to her.
Clearly shocked, she replied "Oh my, You scared me! Don't ever do that again!"
I faintly grin at her reply as Sakura gives me a questioning look.
"So, what are you doing here.. Itachi-San?" Sakura asks me with her green, emerald eyes of hers.
"Nothing, I was just curious on why you were here." I simply say.
"Oh, well, uhm.. My friend Ino made me wear these painful heels so I came here to rest." Sakura says with a smile.
"Why not I take you to your house to change your shoes?" I say as I stand.
"I promised that I would wear it just for the night. Thank you for your concern but I have to get going." Sakura says as she gets up to leave.
"Sakura, I insist. It's better to be safe and comfortable in order to enjoy your night." I quietly say as I look her in the eye with my onyx black eyes.
"I've really got to-"
I didn't give her time to finish so picked her up, bridal style, and headed towards her house. I know where her house is since there is a dango place right in front of it, And I do have a thing for sweets so Im always there.
"I..Itachi-San! You dont have to do this!" She says, embarrassed and surprised.
"It's too late and I insisted." I say, seeing her house in the distance.
