Chapter 3:iHave Friends

RECAP

I parked my jeep in the spot I have been over the past 3 years.

"Let me your card" she handed me her, I looked to see Rm.155, I smiled."Same room as me, let me walk you to class" she nodded.

We exited my car, to see my friends waiting for me.

"Hey guys" I said while dabbing every one of them.

"Who is this pretty hot thing" Paul said, and I could see Summer at the side of my eyes blushing.

"Guys, this is Summer, Summer this is Paul,Liam,Seth and Louis"

"Hey" they said on unison. Liam and Louis started surrounding her and talking to her, making her laugh.

"I want her" Paul whispered I'm my hear, we both know what that means.

"She is off limits, Bro"

"Why?" Paul said, normally I wouldn't mind. "I want her, unless you want her" then I'll back away.

"It's just that she is my friend and she is very innocent"

"I get what you mean" Paul winked

"Man, just leave her alone"

"You never act like this before, is it because you have feeling for that girl over there" Paul said casually

"She is not some girl, she just my friend and I would really appreciate it if you would lay off this one"

"Ok" Paul said with the malicious smile on his face leaving the parking lot.

I know he wouldn't leave her alone, when Paul wants something he don't stop until he gets it.

"Hey Summer, let me walk you to class"

She hugged the guys goodbye, I wonder what they were talking about, cause that couldn't even control their laughter.

"See ya at lunch, guys" I said to Seth,Louis and Liam.

Louis mouthed behind Summer's back, 'I like her', then they started making kissy faces, which is code for 'you like her and you should go out with her'.

'We are friends' I mouthed and give that you-could-keep-saying-that-but-I-know-you-like-her look.

"So,how you like my friends far" I said opening the door for her.

"They are pretty weird but I like them" she smiled. "So, what's your social status around here?" She said dumping her books in her locker, which happens to be 2 lockers away from mine.

"I'm just a nerdy kid, who is totally into books"

"No way" she said closing her locker.

"What's that suppose to mean, I'm not dumb" I said jokingly

"Your way to sexy to be a nerd" she said, then shock that she just said that out loud.

"You think I'm sexy" I teased.

"I mean, I saw your all-star jacket in you locker, let me guess quarterback of the football team"

"Guilty as charger" I said putting my hands up.

She just chuckled, we walk in the classroom.

"We have a new student here with us today" Mr.Taylor said as he saw Summer. "Class, this is Summer Harper who have joined us today from New York" he said putting her on the spot.

"Come sit next to me" I said escaping her, I hold her hand and directed over to the corner seat.

"Thank you" she mouthed

"That's what friends are for"

I looked to the other corner of the room, to see a pair of eyes piercing me, no surprise they are Bianca's.

Well today is going to be a long day,the first time we have seen each other since our break-up.

Summer's POV

"Summer, you want to hear a joke?" Louis said trying to lighten the mood.

"No, I'm okay" I said as politely as possible, he have been making the world's corniest jokes.

"Okay, what does a nosey pepper do?"

The guys moaned at his corny jokes.

"Guys, can you stop, I'm trying to tell this pretty girl my jokes"

"I'm sure, Summer don't want to here your jokes" Seth jumped in, saving me.

"Don't listen them, they are just jealous of my talent, so the answer is it's jalapeño business" Louis cracked, "all up in you business and jalapeño" he ska in between laughs.

"So, I heard your from New York, it's much be fun with all e snow and shopping" Bianca said with the fakest smile.

"Yea,it is" I said not wanting to have a conversation with her.

To my luck, Samantha just walked into the lunch room, she waving as her eyes laid on me.

"Excuse me" I said leaving the awkward table, since Hunter haven't really said much, since he saved me in class.

I guess it have something to do with Bianca as he laid his eyes in her, he was tensed. I try to make small conversation but he just smile and nod.

As I left the table I could see that Hinter was sad to see me go.

"Hey" I said approaching the Sam.

"Hi, so I guess you and my brother are friends now?" She said confusing that I was sitting at the popular table beside Hunter was as cold as an ice cube.

"I don't think we are friends" considering he haven't even look at me.

"Okay, let's go meet my friends" she said directing me over to this table full of girls.

"Guys, this is Summer, Summer this Liz and Liv the twins and Ava"

"Hi" we all said in unison.

"So Summer, I heard you are from New York, so how does the Snow taste"

"It taste like ice,me and my mom used to put a cup at the window and when it's full we take it and add syrup to it, and it was delicious" I said and we all started laughing.

We talked the whole period,they asked me about New York and I asked about the popular group but mostly about Hunter.

All I know is he is the school prize, he brought the school to state championship, he have broken up with Bianca about 3 months ago and every girl in the school wants to go out with him.

I never had real friends before they have always use me as a stepping stool, but Hess friends likes me for me.

I had so much to say in this chapter, but it was getting to long so I cut out most of it so I hope you like it.
