Being horse crazy is a full time thing you are spending all day talking about them, researching them, learning about there ways, their habitat, the things they did and also what different things people can use them for.

For most girls this is just normal stuff but to Anna, the sweet brunette, with pink laces and never a frown upon the dial, it was all much more. All the other pretty girls had their own little ponies and their own local shows to attend, and yeah sure Anna could attend shows too but she would never have a pony to ride. It was unfair to Anna that her mum would not let her own such a calm, collected creature.

Although when put in another persons eyes, in fact the eyes of a parent, a horse is a high risk activity. You cannot teach your self everything, as you are relying on a very big animal with a mind of its own. if a horse wants you on the ground you will be on the ground but the biggest fear of all is that if it wants you Dead it can kill you In Only the simplest ways.

Anna is only a young girl attending year six, she has not yet matured, common sense is not a part of the daily routines, she just wants to be like all the other little girls and own her own pony.

Even Anna's best friend Bella has a pony. His name is buddy and Bella has let her ride him once when they were both In Grade three. Bellas pony is ten years old and he is the cutest little welsh pony with a palomino body and a white mane and tail and a white star placed in the very centre of his forehead.

It is the middle of show season so when ever Anna wants to do anything with Bella she can't go because she is too busy looking for a new sparkling bridle band that matches her horses boots, or practising her eventing. Anna always offers to go as a second opinion but Bella takes the show business very seriously, which Anna hates because she doesn't know how important it is to get all this stuff and not be distracted by some one who has only ever ridden once and thinks they know everything about horses.
