"....mama...papa....where are you...."
A young girl wearing an oversize jacket whispers to herself as she brings her knees close to her chest trying to keep warm, blowing it her hands she then rubs them together and stuff them inside the jacket sleeves rubbing her arms. Letting out a tiny whimper the girl would look around as her stomach grumbles in a mixture of pain and hunger from the lack of food.
"....so...hungry.....but I'm so sleepy...mama...papa....please..."
She says weakly staring into nothingness, as she leans her head against a tree the girl starts to feel her eyelids get heavy. Deciding to give into the tiredness the girl closed her eyes and prepared for a slumber she might not wake from only to be scared by a loud voice.
"Hey! Hey you, it's the middle of winter!! Are you crazy or something going to sleep out here in nothing but that thin jacket...you're going to catch a cold, or worse."
The girl's eyes slowly drifted open to find a young boy around her again staring at her face to face, literally he had his face a bit too close to hers.
"Ahh!"
"Hey are you okay!?
*************"Kisa. Kisa....KISA!!"
"Huh what?"
"I said, are you okay? You've been staring out that window for the past 30 minutes and that's it, I was worried I lost you there."
"..no Nissho I'm fine, just thinking...that's all."
"If you say so, but anyways as I was saying before you decide to ditch our conversation to watch the snow fall.."
Kisa sat there as she listened to Nissho as he listed off the different things he had lined up for them to do before the holiday comes up.Kisa Onaga and Nissho Sato are two completely different people, Kisa being the typical antisocial and quiet girl that was seen as being a tad bit emo, but not really one. As Nissho the happy go lucky guy who's somewhat daring and always wants to be the life of the party, yet they were friends and got along well no matter what, which made people wonder how. Despite the two being friends for 15 years there's still much they don't know about each other, mainly the secrets they each hold from the other. Kisa worries about Nissho's safety if he found out the truth about her and vice versa for Nissho, in truth Kisa is a Ghoul while Nissho is a member of the Commission of Counter Ghoul or CCG for short.
"So what do you say?" Nissho grins happily looking at his green haired friend hoping to hear a positive answer.
"I don't know Niso, it sounds expensive even if it's just the two of us, plus didn't you say you finally landed a professional spot at that job of yours....which you still haven't found the time to tell me." Kisa says resting her cheek in the palm of her hand .
"Oh come now, you know money isn't really a problem..as for the last two part I could maybe find a way to get time off and it's something big I just can't go blurting it around, it's my little secret." He chuckles bringing one of his fingers to his lips in the 'shhh' matter.
"....oh my Kami your a male hooker"
"Wha-!?"
"I mean...I know it's hard to find a well paying job, especially with how things are going now..but I didn't know you were that desperate for the money."
"I'm not a hooker!!"
Nissho yelled loudly catching the attention of customers that were around them as a waitress walked up to them with a tint of pink on her cheeks, "excuse me sir...but could you not make another outburst like that, please." She looks at the as they nodded, once she was away and the people around them resumed eating their lunches or whatever they were doing Nissho looks back at Kisa.
"I'm not a hooker.." he says once again but quietly before a sly smile appears on his face "but I can be a hooker if you'll be my pimp."
"Thanks for lunch." Kisa says getting up and leaves a top on the table walking off.
"Awww please, you're the only one who takes care of me!" Nissho calls out following after her.
