2: School

Haru's POV~

Lazily strolling up to my bedroom, I grabbed my clothes from my walk-in closet. My usual school attire consists of a plain white long-sleeved polo shirt with a white, black and light green checkered sweater vest on top with the plain black trousers and black shoes. My brothers wear the same thing I do except the main colour of the swear vests we wear are different (Natsu = red, Aki = orange and Fuyu = blue). 

We could wear our usual casual clothes for school since our school doesn't have a dress code but our dad told us to always dress smart so we do. At school we get better lunches than everyone else, as well as access private seating area (which I think is awesome since it means I don't have to speak to anyone who I don't want to talk to, plus it doesn't give anyone the opportunity to find out who we really are).

"Haru!!!" I could hear Aki calling my name, so I quickly (as quick as I wanted to) bushed my hair back, put some hair clips in, and put on my black glasses before grabbing my school backpack and replying. "I'm coming Playboy!" When I made it down the stairs, I saw that Fuyu was waiting patiently for me by the door. 

His hair was neatly combed back and he was wearing his black glasses (we all wear glasses). "Come on... And don't ever call me Playboy." Fuyu gave a small smile as he walked out the door before sitting in the back seat of the school car. "Oh yeah... Bye June, Happy, Skii and Novic!! Take care of the house for us!!"

After I locked the house door, I quickly to sit next to Fuyu. From where I was sitting I could see that Natsu was wearing his blackish-silver chain necklace, which he hid under his shirt and his hair was combed down, making him have a slight fringe, so you couldn't see his ear piercings. 

On the other hand, Aki, who was driving, had his hair combed to the side and was wearing a small bow tie (which I know he hates). Looking at my phone, I saw that it was exactly 6:37am. 'I had 3 more minutes~' I silently moaned at the fact that my brothers were rushing me when we still had some time left before we needed to be out the house.

"Hey, why did you guys rush me, and why are we using the car?" I asked wanting to know why I had to hurry when we had time. "We have a small meeting with Jisan (the principal) about our scholarship opportunities at 6:45am so we wouldn't make it in time if (1) we walked and (2) we left at our usual time (6:40am), since it takes us 10 minutes to walk to get to school compared to 5 minutes in the car. Plus, I wasn't bothered to leave the house too much earlier..." Natsu replied, a hint of seriousness lacing his voice (which pretty normal since his the most mature (as well as the densest) of our small group of 4).

"Did you forget?" Fuyu asked as he looked at today's time table. "Guess I did." I sheepishly replied while scratching the back of my neck (a habit of mine). "Don't worry Haru, you weren't the only one, Natsu and I forgot too!" Aki reassured me happily, giving me one of his toothy grins as he did.
