chan and jeongin were walking home together. "jeongin what are your thoughts about gay people?"chan suddenly asked out of the blue. "thoughts? isn't it a normal thing? atleast that's what changbin said." chan nodded his head and before they knew it they arrived at the younger's house. "you wanna come over?" jeongin asked. and chan happily shook his head. "yeah of course! if you're fine with it." jeongin grabbed chan's hand and jumped excitedly. "channie is coming over." jeongin sang and the older smiled. jeongin opened the door and saw his mom making dinner and his dad was reading a book or something.

''hi mom and dad.'' they both looked up and said hello. "oh hey chan, how are you?'' his dad smiled at the older boy, he really liked that guy. chan bowed to him. "i have been doing alright, thank you mister yang.'' jeongin's dad laughed. ''hey there's no need to be so formal.''

''jeongin sweety can you help me set up the table?'' the younger rushed to his mom as chan talked with his dad a little more. after he was done they all settled down for dinner, except for his sister because she was at a friends house.

"so guys how was your day?'' chan was scared because he knew jeongin was gonna talk about their two friends and he knew his mom wouldn't like it.
''today we went for ice cream and changbin payed! because something special happened." "well what was that special thing that happened?'' his dad asked and jeongin had to swallow his food first before he could answer. "felix got a boyfriend! i didn't know that was possible at first, but it is a common thing. did you know that was possible?'' chan saw how jeongin's mom froze. ''jeongin, i think they were joking weren't they?" chan felt really awkward, why did he agree to come. "nope they were serious, and binnie even kissed lixie's cheek! it was so cute.'' jeongin's mom stared at chan with cold eyes until her husband kicked her feet under the table. "well i am very happy for them, have you been thinking about loving a boy before, or a girl?'' his dad asked and he thought for a moment. ''not really, i don't even know what the feeling of love is if i'm being honest.'' then chan suddenly spoke up.

''you know when you're in love with someone if that person makes your heart beat faster if you look at them, if you feel your cheeks heating up by every move, you know when you're in love when you think about that one person non-stop and you feel the need to protect that person forever, and shower them with affection and positivity.'' chan took a deep breath. ''yeah i think that's what love is.'' he said, while staring at jeongin the whole time.
