Our classes start for the first day and we didn't get too much homework. Unless you count the essay and diagram sketch we got from Slimy Snape. Ugh. He is a nighmare dressed as a Professor. I go back to The Great Hall for some dinner. Today is steak and mashed potatoes. Yum! After dinner I go back to the Gryffindor common room to do.my work. I reach the Fat Lady and tell her the password (I had to do this like 5 times before she would let me in). When I climb up the portrit hole steps someone is already in my favourite armchair.
It's Harry. He is too concentrated on his work to even notice me come in. Then without question he looks over at me. My heart skipped a beat.
