Chapter 4

Violet and the others arrived at the school.
Everyone was so happy to see Minnie and everything goes well.
She recovers really soon and she tell them everything about what happened where she was prisoner.
She is scared that they could come back to fight or to take her back.
《I've already told you, Minnie. No one is going to hurt you anymore. We are here.》
Vi reminds her, they are more powerful and they really care about her.

The days pass by.
Damian is going for sure to stay at the school permanently.

One of these days, in the night after dinner, Damian knocked at the door where Clem and Aj are relaxing.
《Hey, sorry if i 'm coming but... today the sky is so clear, there are so many stars that you can see. You wants to join me?》
He asks at them.
《Yeah, sure! What do you think, Aj?》
Clem looked at him, but he yawns.
《You can go, Clem. I'm too tired.》
Then he stares at Damian with determination.
《Watch her for me, please. Don't let anyone hurt her.》
He whispers with a sleepy voice.
《I will, kiddo. Don't worry about your Clementine.》
Clem smiles a bit, blowing out the candle and says goodnight to Aj.
Then, they leave the room and goes near the pic nic table.
《The others are coming too?》
Clementine asks.
Damian makes a little grimace.
《Well, not... i didn't invite them, it's already cool enough to be just us...right?》
Clementine gives him a strange look.
《I think we should call the others, and lay on the grass all together to watch the starts.》
Clem suggested to him.
Damian breaths deeply.
《Do you have feeling for that guy...Louis. Do you?》
He suddendly asks, crossing his arms.
《I...》
Clementine isn't expecting that.
She looked confused.
《Why are you asking me this, now?》
She laughs softly, looking at him.
《I just want to talk with you, you can confide with me...》
He sits on the grass.
Clementine sits a little bit far away from him.
《Umm...okay. Then...》
She feels a little bit embarassed.
《I... really like him. He knows, by the way.》
《And then...you guys kissed eachother? I remember the first time i saw you together. You were already two lovebirds...》
He laughs nervously.
Clem laughs too.
《Yes, we kissed...》
She smiles remember that.
《And then...what happened?》
He asks.
Clem wide open her eyes?
《What do you mean?》
《He's doing something in these days to make you feel loved?》
Clementine looks more confused.
《Well...》
She scratch her head again a little embarassed. They didn't spend much time together, for real.
Damanian looks thoughtful.
《But you look so much in love with him.》
Clementine nods timid her head and looks away.
《I never thought i could feel...love for someone. Not in a world like this.》
They be silent for a bit.
Then Damian keeps speaking to her.
《You know...i fell in love when i was in my group. That was the best feeling ever. But that causes me the worst pain when i lose her.》
He looks at her.
《I don't want to make you sad, but this feeling will hurt you.》
Clem close her eyes one second.
《So you just prefer don't feel anything...just because you are afraid to lose?》
Then she says.
Damian seems interested in what she's saying.
《Definetly yes.》
《It's something that i thought for a long time. But that will get you in dark places of your mind. Can you understand?》
She explains to him.
Damian nods his head.
《Yes, i get it. We'll be already dead if we stop feels emotions. But sometimes i just think that i want someone beside me for a longer time. I just ask this...》
He smiles, looking up to the stars.
《I wish that too.》
Clem looked up too to admire the sky at night.
《Hey, you are here...》
Louis, Violet and Minnie finds them.
《Hey guys. Want you join us and look at this amazing sky?》
He tells them, and Clem look at him with a strange face.
《You didn't wanted to invite them, earlier.》
Damian stares at her, and if looks could kill, she would be killed by that.
Or maybe not, because we are talking about Clementine.
《Oh wow! Really? At least you could've call me, Clem.》
Louis sits near to her, smirking and give her an intense look.
《I wanted to, but then we started to talk and that distracted me.》
She honestly stays.
Violet and Minnie sits too and they looked at the moon and at all that magnificent sky.
They are talking and laughing together for like one hour or more.
Then they gets tired and arrives the time to go to sleep.
Everyone stands up.
Violet and Minnie are checking the others, if everything is ok.
Aj is already fall asleep in the room.
Damian gets closer to Clementine with the intention to follow her right in front of her door.
Louis faster gets near to her, taking her hand.
《That's ok, dude. I think she can make it on her own.》
Damian rolls his eyes
《Perfect. I see. Goodnight.》
and goes on the oppisite side reaching his room.
Clementine arching her eyebrows and laughs quietly.
《What?》
Louis asks.
《I can make it on my own, you says.》
She pulls up their hands holding.
《Well, it's because i don't really want let you go to sleep. I want to talk with you.》
He suddendly gets really serious.
《Hey...what's going on?》
《We need to talk in my room. I prefer it.》
Clementine is staring at him trying to imagine what he wants.
They enter the room and Louis invited her to sit on a couch. Their legs are touching and their hands already holding.
《Are you ok?》
She asks, find him a little weird.
More than normal.
《I could say yes. But i can't lie to you, the only person that can see beyond that stupid face and silly jokes.》
《Come on, Louis. You are not like that.》
Louis looks down at their hand, he begins caressing her palm with his fingers.
《I was thinking about us all the fucking time.》
He admits, looking up to her pretty face.
《I was afraid for what's happenning...to us. That's why in these days i was more distant to you. I mean, in loving attention.》
He keeps touches her palm with his fingertips and then her wrist very slowly, up and down in a sort of cuddling.
Clementine gets shivers from that.
《You don't have to worry about that. I can understand.》
Louis closed his eyes.
《Are you getting really close to him, right? I mean to Damian.》
He just asks, with a deeper voice.
Clementine shakes her head.
《We are friends. We talk about things, but nothing more.》
Louis seems already not sure about that.
《You know, i'm a little jealous, honestly. And plus, i'm afraid to lose you in all the possible ways. I just can't handle this feeling. It's so powerful...》
Louis admits with a broken smile.
《And yes, i'm afraid. But at the same time, i desire you with all myself.》
He makes the face of someone that is telling a huge secret.
Clementine stares in his eyes, trying to find her voice again. Because it seems faded, like all her paranoids.
《I have feelings for you, Louis. I want you, no one else.》
Clementine says those words very clearly and with decision, that Louis almost stops breathing for a moment.
Her eyes are so sincere.
Louis just stares at her.
Then he suddendly pull her up on his legs, push her closer to his chest.
Then he pressed his lips on hers.
Again.
