It's been three months since that day. The day when everything went wrong. I lost touch with everybody in my life. I grouped up with some people only for them to stab me in the back and leave me out in the wilderness. All alone. I adapted to a new routine eventually. Eat, kill, move, sleep. I would find any food that was in the place I would stay in. Go out and kill something's and grab whatever edible and chuck it in my bag. I would move from place to place, not waiting for anybody to catch me. And once I've found a place to sleep for the night, I would get as much sleep as I can.

I was on the move to find a new place to stay when I came across an old shack. "Seems sturdy enough to hold me for the night." I said walking inside. I found a couch and touched it with my hand. "Soft enough." I shrugged. Then something hit me in the back of my head and everything went black.

Dodgers p.o.v

I heard someone, or something, talking in the lounge room. I walked out there, bat in hand, and saw a girl touching the sofa. I sneaked behind her and whacked her over the head. She instantly fell limp on the ground. Mark and enis came running to see me with my bat and the girl knocked out.

"What the hell did you do?!?" Mark asked me.

"This girl was in here so I smacked her over the head!" I said blankly.

"You better not have killed her." Mark groaned coming over here. Crouching down next to her, flipping her onto her back and feeling for a pules. "You're lucky she's not dead." He said getting up. Just then we heard her groan.

Kitty's pov

I groaned waking up with a slight pain in the back of my head. I started getting up when I opened my eyes to be met with the face of a vampire.

"Hi!" He said.

"Uh....hi...." I said cautiously getting up slowly.

"I'm enis! The sparkly vampire!" He said cheerily.

"Uh huh..... O-ok.....?" I said weirded out. Soon I noticed there were people behind him. On his right was a girl in a pink hoody with long light brown curly hair. And on his left, in the corner, was a guy sharpening a machete. He had a white singlet on with a brown jumper over top. His hair was black and messy, and he seemed to have some bruises and cuts in his face. I have to admit he is pretty well built.

"Hi, I'm dodger. Sorry about hitting you over the head before!" The girl laughed awkwardly.

"It's ok." I said, still cautious of what their intentions were.

"And that in the corner is mark." She pointed out. I just nodded.

"So do you have anybody you're with or are you all alone?" Enis asked me.

"No, I uh... Lost all contact with my friends and family when..... This...... Happened." I said. They looked at me with pity in their eyes.

"Oh well, you could come with us! If you want, you seem to be nice, and up for the challenge." Dodger said. I smiled and nodded. "Cool! Oh by the way, I didn't catch your name?" She said.

"Kitty." I said with a smile. She smiled and nodded. This is the beginning if a new life.
Mark then started coming over to us.

"What are we doing with her?" He asked, seeming to be annoyed. When he was standing and up close he was very intimidating.

"She's coming with us!" Enis kinda shouted.

"What!?!? How do we know we can trust her!? We don't even know her! She could be a demon for all we know!!" He shouted. Prick.

"How do I know I can trust you huh?" I butted in glaring at him. He started glaring at me as well.

"Listen, girly, I don't know who you are but I can tear you to shreds within a second. Don't try me." He threatened, it was a little scary but I know I can take him.

"I bet I can take you. You may seem to be all tough on the outside but I bet you just a stuck up little bitch who wants his mummy back." I said poking his chest, no way in hell will I backdown. I ain't gonna submit to this mutt. Just then he grabbed me and threw me against the wall. Hands on either side of my head.

"You better not get involved with things you don't know about. You're just a scared little puppy, lost in the wilderness. But I am a grown DOG that's not afraid to tear you to pieces." He has me pinned up against the wall, his face inches from mine. I smirked thinking I could use this to my advantage. I grabbed the collar of his shirt and brought his ear near my mouth.

"You know, this little puppy isn't afraid if it rough." I said against his ear. He then let me go and growled walking away with a pink tint on his cheeks. Knowing I got to him I smirked even more.

"I ship it." I heard dodger say. I looked at her with a "really" look and she  just laughed.

"I'm a bit tired. Mind if I have a nap?" I asked walking over to her. She nodded and smiled. I smiled back and went over to the couch, lay'd down and fell asleep.
