Zach and Jack were still as fragile as ever, but especially Zach. He was a wreck. It was so bad that even Elijah had left him alone for the past 24 hours.

All of us have been trying to support the two boys as much as possible. They seem better now knowing that we accepted them, but I couldn't imagine if I was in their position. I would be horrified.

2 days, I thought as I jogged around the kitchen, trying to get some exercise. That's how long we've been stuck here.

   "Lily."

I heard someone whisper my name from behind me. I whipped my head around in fear.

"Jonah." I sighed in relief. I jumped up, wrapping my arms around him.

"Come on. They both fell asleep. They'll know if we try to escape, but we can have some time together for once." He quickly explained.

I grabbed his hand and we tip-toed upstairs into Jonah's bedroom. We immediately shared a passionate kiss as Jonah carefully slid of my shirt. We backed up until we landed on the bed, where we continued undressing each other.

He rubbed my neck, and as his pants slid down, he began to rub his hips again mine. I moaned quietly, trying not to wake up Elijah.

A smile formed on Jonah's lips as the kissing got more aggressive and the bed got more sweaty.

"Do you have a condom?" I asked as we both began to remove the thin layers of clothing we still had on.

He nodded and stood up, grabbing one out of the dresser, slipping it on, and jumping back onto the bed.

Jonah began to grind on me when my stomach dropped, hearing the voice I hated so much.

"WHAT IS GOING ON?!" Elijah hollered. I had never heard him scream so loud.

I grabbed the blanket and yanked it over myself while Jonah grabbed his underwear, not wasting any time to cover himself.

Elijah pulled out a gun and pointed it at Jonah.

"I'm going to kill both of you."

   We both froze.

   "Elijah." I breathed.

"You ruined my life, Emma. And it's all because of you, Jonah. So you both deserve to die."

Jonah shifted towards me, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"Elijah, you don't have to do this. You can keep us alive and get less time in prison." Jonah reasoned.

"Who says I'm going to get caught?" Elijah said with a confused expression.

I looked up at Jonah, who wore a smirk.

"Listen." He put a finger up to his lips.

   Sirens.

"The police are here!" Someone shouted from the other room.

"Crap!" He put the gun down and ran into the other room.

"Quick, get fully dressed." Jonah said, helping me by grabbing my shirt and leggings. "Do you know who called the police?"

"Maddie and Kennedy," I said, pulling my shirt over me. "They called a while ago, I don't know why it took so long for them to come, though."

We ran out into the living room, where there were what looked to be five cops and four detectives in our home.

A tall, brunette female cop approached me. "Are you Emma and Jonah?"

   We nodded.

"Good. Everyone is accounted for. Go see Detective Sheldon please, he's over there." She pointed to a tan, plump man with a camera.

We walked over there, where the rest of the group was talking to him. We all exchanged tight, relieved hugs before Detective Sheldon started explaining what would happen next.

"You'll all have to testify at the trial, but he's definitely going to be locked up for a long time."

   "Good." Jack sighed.

"I'm so glad we are all okay." Daniel said. We all murmured in agreement.

Jonah grabbed my shoulders and turned me to face him.

   "I love you, Emma."

Our heads were slowly getting closer.

"I love you too, Jonah." I whispered.

Our lips connected, sparks flying just like the first time we kissed.

I was living the dream. Living with my best friends and the love of my life, and surviving a crazy event like the one we had just lived through. I wouldn't change a thing. Even though not every experience was amazing, everything ended up having an amazing effect on us.

Wow. I can't believe this book is over. Thank you guys all so much for sticking with me and loving what I write. I have evolved as a writer so much throughout this whole process, and trust me when I say that my next story will be even better. I'll be back soon with another story, I promise. I love you all so much. This book feels like a part of me and I'm so sad that it's over, while also incredibly excited to see what the future brings.
