"AGHH! Oh my gosh!"
"What, what?" He brushed his warm hands on my cheek.
"I thought it was all a dream" I explained.
"Shh" he pulled me towards him and hugged me tight.
I smiled , a tear of happiness rolled down my cheek onto his shirtless chest. He kissed my forehead.
The lady who welcomed me into her party last night called a cab to come and picked me up. Although I wanted to stay I had to go because my father will be worried sick.
Last night was insane I thought to myself. I walked about a half an hour worth of driving, I showed up to this crazy party, then I met the boy of my dreams? But he probably had no idea what he was saying since he was totally hammered. I'm just thankful nothing crazy happened between us. Just a kiss. Maybe I'm over thinking this.
I saw the cab pull up beside the curb. I tied my shoelaces and headed down the stairs. Suddenly I felt my hand being grabbed I turn around in shock and ripped my arm away.
"Woah calm down tiger" he laughed.
He shook my hand "Scott"
"Your name is Scott?" I asked
"Yes, now what's your name"
"Clair" I shake his hand back and laugh at the thought that I slept in the same bed as this guy and I didn't even know his name.
"Clair" he repeated "that's a beautiful name"
"What, so first I'm the most beautiful girl you've ever seen now my names beautiful?" I chuckled "what a flirt"He laughed in response.
he winked and playfully shoved my arm.
"Well I have to go" I sighed and headed down the stairs.
"Wait!"
I turn around "what's wrong?"
"What's your number?" Scott smirked childishly.
I end up giving Scott my number and drive home. My dad wasn't happy with me when I got home but I had to make up a lie or else he would have stopped me from ever hanging out with Scott again. So I told him what I told him on the phone "I got caught up at work and spent the night at a friends"
The next morning I decided to get up early and make me and my dad eggs and toast to make up for the night before. As I sat at the table my phone buzzed. It's a message, I checked my phone and it was a number I didn't recognize, the text read.
"Hey Clair it's me Scott"
I turned my phone off and ignored since my dad looked at me suspiciously.
"What are your plans today, Clair?" My Father questioned.
I finished my crust and shrugged my shoulders. Once I finished my breakfast I hugged my dad and went into my room.
"How are you?" Another text came up on my phone.
I peaked out my door to find my dad sitting on the couch. I tip toed out of my room to the the back door and headed outside.
I opened my messages and replied.
"Hey sorry I was eating breakfast, how are you?"
He responded "good, what are you doing now?"
"Just sitting outside"
"Want to hangout?" He answered.
I called him.
"Hello?" He picks up.
"Um, hey Scott. So u want to hangout?" I questioned.
He laughed "um yeah I was hoping we could go somewhere for dinner"
I laughed in response to his childish attitude "what's so funny?"
"Nothing, just talking to you makes me happy"
I blushed "aw that's so sweet, so what time should we meet up?"
"4:30?" He asked.
"So, it's a date?" I forced through my lips.
"Yea, that would be great" It sounded like he was smiling.
