The Omega

Chapter 1

It's been one year since my Taehyung's death. I'm going to his favorite spot now to tell him about my day like I did everyday for the past 6 months. As I reach the spot I see a figure in the water. They have shiny silver hair. The person turns and I freeze in shock dropping the flowers as the person looks at me then smiles his smile had my heart beating for the first time in a year. I notice his eyes aren't what they were before, they are silver now and all his scars are gone.

"Jungkookie!" his voice is the same.

"Taehyung," I whisper.

Jungkook's pov

"Taehyung.....how?", I start to walk towards him. Taehyung just smiles and runs towards me. Next thing I know he's in my arms with his legs wrapped around me like a koala. It's kinda awkward for me considering he's naked.

"I missed you Kookie!", he said as his striking silver eyes stared back into mine.

"It's been a year....but Tae how are you here?",  I asked in disbelief. Taehyung looked away for a second, his eyes showing some unknown emotion. He looked back as if nothing happened.

"Let's go back to everyone, I'm sure they missed me."  Releasing himself from my grasp, we began walking towards the pack, still hand in hand. I don't want to let go of him just in case he leaves me again. I make sure to keep an eye on him, something about him is different- besides the obvious silver eyes and hair. I had given my jacket to him because he was naked, it had reached mid thigh and he had sweater paws. The sight was both sexy and adorable but I had other things to worry about.

Soon we made it back to the pack. I had mind linked  one of the pack members to bring some pants not mentioning what for. When they sensed I was back they turned to bow but we're frozen halfway as their eyes stared at Taehyung. The whispering began right after. The person I linked with, a beta named Han-bin, brought the pants. He just got into the pack a couple months ago and had only been told stories of my mate, so he didn't know why everyone was frozen.

The little kids didn't seem to sense the tense air and ran to Taehyung, yelling how much they missed him. Tae not having a care in the world started playing with the kids running around like old times. While that was happening I called a pack meeting.

From my peripheral vision I saw Jimin, Yoongi, Seokjin and Namjoon, along with Hoseok and Rue, (A friend they had met a couple months after Tae's 'death') came out to see what the commotion was. Jimin along seeing Taehyung ran to him tackling him in a hug. They rolled along the ground Taehyung laughing while Jimin was crying. Once they stop they sit up and the rest sit on the ground with them. Their faces of disbelief and shock soon morphe into happiness and awe as they take their turns in hugging my mate.

I soon join them wrapping my arms around Tae squeezing softly.

Taehyung pov

I'm glad they can smile now because later their won't be any smiles.
