CHAPTER #2

Ruby's POV,

After a few minutes re-calling what just happened, I walk out of the bus and shake my head a little.

Maybe I was a little sleepy,yeah...maybe. I shook my head down and tighten the hold of my book. I roomed around the woods and saw my classmates in the center of it.

I walked myself papunta doon. When I finally reach my destination, all eyes was staring at me. I Ignored everything and plug my earphones, but before I turn the music on, I heard them talking "Hey, di'ba siya yung babae na weirdo?"

My classmate ask, I wanted to escape the humiliation but every time I walk away to one,another would just talk again.

"Yeah, she is! Look at her she looks weak but she almost killed a school staff" another one said,

"Didn't they say that she almost got expel? It was really creepy of her and plus it with her hair! I mean,it looks horrible!". I quickly walked away and turn on my music at high volume.

I sat in the nearest tree I saw and close my eyes. This is the other reason why I hate to be here, because they would talk about what happened two years ago. It's true, I almost killed Mr. Clifford because I was really depressed. The reason because of that is about my parents, they say that they are going to disown me because I don't have anything that they have.

My mom is beautiful while I'm just pretty. My dad is smart while I'm just a loser. And my hair....is curly,not that kind of curly but a wavy one. Both of my parents are popular while I'm...an nobody. They say that they are going to cut me in my school because it's wasting their time.

I shook my head a little. I have to stop...I might kill someone here and that will cause me to major depression. Holding my book, I opened it and read while listening to the music.

After a while they called us to assemble. I stood up and walked to the back of the group. Removing my earphones, I listen to what activity is going to be,

"Okay guys,listen up! Before I get going in the instructions of the activity, we need to have a group. There will be three groups. Get your i-phones and read the message,that is going to be your group. #1 will line in the first lane over there, #2 will line in the second lane and so is #3 in the third lane" Kent,

I followed the instructions and wait for the others to go first. After a while I went to my group to see it was only the four of us. And guess what? The popular guys in our block mates is my group mates,great (note the sarcasm). I looked at Teo,Blade and Kent that were standing in the first lane,yeah we're group #1.

"Okay,now we have our groups. As instructed will go through out of the forest to see who's group is having a teamwork. Now all we need to do is wait for the clock strikes 6:00 sharp and we will enter the woods to the outside, get it?" Kent,

We all nod our head and wait for the clock to start 6:00. Many were now chatting around in groups. It's still 5:30 so we have 30 minutes left to have our tour in the night.

Many agreed to a adventure than going to a museum. They don't care just make sure you make them satisfied with this.

The biggest group was in the center, with the jocks, populars,and nerds. I sat down to the nearest grass which is far away but enough for me to hear everything that they are saying.

"Okay, I know some of us don't want to go so let's vote who is staying and keeping an eye with our bus". Many raised their hands and shouted that they should be the one to guard the bus.

Julian raised his hand and looked at Audrey, "Maybe Audrey can do that. I mean,she doesn't like to go and she's the perfect person to guard the bus" he said,

I rolled my eyes at him. Julian has a crush in Audrey which it is why he said that. He knew that Audrey hated going to dirty places and do anything that will tire her.

Audrey just smiles sweetly at him and spoke, " I agree with Julian, I don't really like going to places especially if it's already night time. So yeah,pick me"

Again,I rolled my eyes at her. She really disgust me. The others finally agreed to the proposition of Audrey and Julian and decided that Audrey shall guard the bus. Many boys then volunteer to guard HER because they thought it will be better to guard because she's a girl. The latter just smiles sweetly and said "No,you don't need to"..

I looked at Mea and saw her looking dagger glares at Audrey. I don't know the reason why she hates her so much. As far as I can remember they we're best friends since kindergarten,what happened to them?

I looked at the lanes that we are going. It's getting dark so you can see a little inside of it. I stood up and walk straight into the entrance. Even they say that there should no cheating, I walk my way to the third lane. I don't why my feet drag me here in the first place. I was rooming my eyes around the entrance and look at the inside. After deciding to eat and get back to the camp, I was about to walk away when I heard a little crack in the inside. I quickly turned around and looked if there was anyone there. Taking a step forward I was about to enter when a bird just flew towards me, right in the face.

I quickly stood up because I fall down at took the bird away at sa inis ay tinapon sa gilid ko.

I walked at of there and went to camp. Not knowing that there was a two pair of eyes looking and following where I am going

29 minutes passed and only one more second,we will be going inside the tunnels.

As the clock strikes 6, we all went inside....not knowing a soul was about to be gone
