   It had been so long.

  So long since Denki had been able to see that beautiful smile.

  All he could see now was his bandaged up lover laying in the hospital bed with nothing, but a soft resting face.

  Denki hadn't left his side since the accident. He only left to use the bathroom and once in a while Kirishima would come by and force Kaminari to atleast change his clothes and put on deodorant. But he'd always hurry back to Sero's side.

  He hadn't been able to eat or sleep either. The most he's gotten down was about half of a granola bar and some water and everytime he started to fall asleep he just jolted back awake within a few minutes.

  Denki was slightly startled when he felt a hand on his shoulder and he turned to see Bakugou standing with a plastic bag, looking pretty damn tired.

"Bakugou?"

The ash blonde gave his shoulder a tight squeeze before sitting in one of the other chairs. "Eijirou asked me to come since he had to take up a shift tonight."

Kaminari hummed lightly, keeping his hand intertwined with Sero's.

"He also said you weren't eating so I brought you something." Bakugou grunted and pulled a small styrofoam bowl out with a plastic cap on it. "And before you fucking decline it's just broth so its not anything heavy. You need it in your system cause you damn well know when Sero wakes up and finds out you're not eating he's gonna be pissed at all of us."

Kaminari just stared for a second.

'When Sero wakes up'

Bakugou didn't say if.

Like he was more than certain that Hanta was just going to open his eyes open any second now.

Sero was strong.

He was going to be okay.

Denki smiled softly and took the warm bowl from the other's hands. "Thanks, Blasty. Always knew you had a soft side."

Bakugou rolled his eyes. "Shut up ya damn toaster." He pulled out his own box of sushi and started to eat.

Bakugou and Kaminari didn't talk much, but silence was nice sometimes.

The only sound was Hanta's heart monitor and the mechanical ventilation machine that helped him breathe.

Kaminari was surprised when he realized that he had drank all the broth that was in the bowl. He felt grateful for both Kirishima and Bakugou.

"Anything happen while you were out on patrol today?" Kaminari decided to make conversation, even if it was just a little.

Bakugou put the remaining trash back into the plastic bag. "No, it was as boring as ever for me, but Eiji got to take down a few guys."

Kaminari smirked only a little. "Eiji?"

Bakugou must've just now realized the nickname had slipped out, "Tell Eijirou about me saying that and I'll explode you."

"Tell him you said what?"

"Exactly."

Kaminari felt a small chuckle bubble up, but it never escaped his lips.

He felt the lack of sleep starting to hit him and his eyes began to get heavy as he leaned onto the small hospital bed.

"As much as I want to tell your ass to go home and get rest, I know there's no way you're gonna leave his side." Bakugou grunted as he stood up. "So atleast sleep a bit more comfortably."
