*Jack's POV*
Another day at the Jacksgap offices. Finn and I are reviewing videos to chose who will be joining the team. Hiring someone new is gonna be good for us. We need more people in order to produce more videos of good quality. I walk through the doors and I say hello to everybody.
"How are the requests coming along for the new opening here?"
"They're looking great. The team has narrowed them down to like a hundred interviews so we should be able to choose today."
"That sounds great!" I say and I smile at Finn.
"We'll chose at my apartment," I say and he nods.
"Okay well I gotta go check on something. See ya later." I say and I walk away.
--Later that day--
Finn comes home holding a laptop. He sets it down and I connect a projector to it and I point it to a white sheet on the wall. I take out a pad and a pencil and I hand Finn one.
"Write down name, age and your opinion on their video. I'll do the same." I say and he nods as he grabs the pad and paper.
We must've watched like 80 interviews in a row. We had some good ones but they weren't really what we were looking for. I hope the next one is good because we just watched like 3 bad ones in a row. As soon as the next video starts it grabs both Finn's and my attention as well. It has some really cool effects. Please be good, please be good. On the screen appeared a girl named Natalie Ross, she's 19, she has brown hair and green eyes, she's really pretty plus her editing skills are good. After finishing her video Finn and I took a break.
"That wasn't bad." Finn says and I agree.
"Yeah plus she's very pretty." I say and he nods.
"She is and she's got nice editing skills. I see her as a strong contender. You?" Finn asks as he looks at me.
"Me too. Lest finish the rest of the interviews and we'll see who we pick after that." I say and he nods.
We finished the rest of the interviews and we discussed who we thought would be best for the job. We didn't have to put much thought into it since that video of the girl named Natalie was clearly the best of all of them. She really showed some potential as a video editor and that's just what we were looking for. Today is June 20 so tomorrow we have to announce who gets the job and I think we're gonna make a good decision.
