Last night, was one of the best nights of my life. I went on a mission with Colonel Rhodes and Major Jones. The actual mission was shit and way too easy but, after is what was the best. Blythe brought us cliff scaling and for how many hours, we scaled cliffs and messed around. Fury was pissed that we came in how late but, it was so worth it.

Fury called us in about twenty minutes ago and Sam offered to drive us since we were at his place. Rhodey was shot-gunning it and I was in the back with Bucky and Steve. I rolled my eyes as, yet again, Bucky turned his head so his hair whipped me in the face. I moved closer to the door of the car, shooting a glare to Sam who, was stifling a laugh. I kicked the back of his seat so he lurched forward and he choked on his laugh. Now, it was my turn to laugh.

A few minutes later, he pulled into a nice looking coffee shop and I asked him what the hell we were doing.

"Pit stop!" He said as he pulled into a Coffee Shop drive threw and rolled down his window.

"What do you guys want?"

"Black Coffee."

"Make That 2." Steve agreed with his friend and I sighed at their old fashioned-ness.

"Pumpkin Spice Latte."

"Carmel Frappuccino." A quick ding from Sam's phone rang out and he held up a finger while he read the text. "Make that two." This sparked my interest as I leaned forward.

"Wait, why?"

"Blythe wants coffee too, I guess." My heart jumped at the sound of her name but, also paused at the fact the Sam had her number and that they text. Wait, no. Sam and Leigh are together and he wouldn't cheat. Plus, she'd never do that to someone. I sighed as Sam ordered and eventually we made it to HQ.

"Hello, Fury."

"Wilson." I followed Sam in the room and greeted Director Fury.

"Good Afternoon, Steve."

Rhodes strolled in and sat next to Blythe who, oddly was in shorts . She wore a royal purple T-shirt, the back having cut out pieces, showing her gold sports bra. Her legs were up on the counter showing her high waisted black shorts and black NIKEs. She was reading a book, trying to keep her hair out of her face. Not succeeding at all, she swiped her hair back. She set her book down when we stepped into the room. She looked up and smiled at me, making my heart flutter.

"Hey Barton."

"Major Jones." I nodded to her smiling. Bucky glanced at me smirking and I rolled my eyes. I sat on the other side of her, with Bucky on my left. She flipped her hair out of her face again and Rhodey handed her the Frappuccino.

"Ooh, Dankeschön!"

"Your welcome."

"Oh shit! Sorry thank you." Rhodey laughed and I looked at them confused. Rhodes noticed and headed to explain.

"She speaks German a lot but, she feels bad since I don't. Honestly I don't give a damn cause I picked up on some of your shit!" I grinned as she huffed adorably, her lips pouty. I looked around and noticed that besides us, Fury, Coulson, and Blythe, only Maria Hill was there. James sighed  and Bucky glanced at him as he stood up. I raised an eyebrow but, I wasn't acknowledging as he started to braid Blythe's hair. His hands working deftly as she read with a slight smirk on her pink lips.
