Thomas opened his eyes to a bright ray of sunlight hitting his face. "UGH.." He turned the sheets over his head and proceeded to sleep cozily in his bed. "Wake up Thomas.." A soft voice called from his door. "I...I'll be up in a second---" Thomas struggled to lift himself up from his bed, but he somehow succeeded. "Atta boy Tommy.." His mother handed him his school clothes which Thomas was a bit skeptical about.
As Thomas changed into his clothes his mother was already in the car, which weirded him out even more. "Why was she in such a hurry?" Thomas thought to himself as he put on his backpack and headed out of his room, closing the door gently. "Let's go mom.." He said as he entered the car and the engine roared to life shortly after he spoke. "So, hows the new job so far Tom?" His mother asked, breaking the tension between them both, which Thomas was grateful for. "I barley handed in my pictures a few days ago, but I guess I could say It's going well.." His mother looked at him with a warm hearted smile as she nodded. "I'm sure your father would be proud of you.." Thomas choked down some tears that were trying to escape his eye glands. "Yeah, I'm sure he would.." Thomas faced grimaced as he spoke. The car came to a halt as his mother stopped at the entrance of Midtown High. "Well, have a good day Tom.." She slowly stroked his arm before he left.
Thomas wiped his eyes as he entered the gates of Midtown High, meeting up with Rebecca not too far from his Advisory class. "How are you doing Tom?" Rebecca asked with a concerned expression. "It's been one hell of a week..." Thomas didn't need to hide his emotions from Rebecca, she was his best friend and his crush. "Well, just know we're here for you always.." Rebecca gently rubbed his back as Lucas joined them. "Anything you need I got you.." Thomas found himself smiling at the little group he had. "Thanks guys.." The bell rang for them to attend their Advisory class.
Thomas walked into his Advisory class smiling at what had just happened outside. "What you smiling at Parker?" Jason called from beside him, with a flash of anger across his face. "Nothing much Jason.." Thomas turned his back on Jason and focused on something else besides Jason and his stupid face. The teacher began to explain the rules of the school, they did this usually on the first to second weeks of school. "I wonder why we have to go over these boring procedures.." He thought to himself, barley catching what the teacher was saying. The bell had finally rung after minutes of boring explanations.
Thomas had continued his day pretty well, nothing had been going on since Spider-Man aka me stopped those Russian crooks from robbing the fundraiser. "Well, I should get to the bugle before J. Jacob Jameson fires me for being 1 second late.." Thomas had decided to slip on his suit and web to the Daily Bugle. As soon as Thomas had changed into his casual clothes Havoc had been released on the city. "What the hell is going on?" Thomas had said as he stepped out from the alleyway between the Daily Bugle and another SkyScraper, and what he saw was unseeable. "Oh my god.." Thomas mouth fell wide open as he stared at a 8 foot half man half Rhino, and Thomas had somehow recognized his face from somewhere. "Who is he, why do I feel like I've seen him..?" Thomas had thought as he hurried back into the alleyway to change back into his suit, almost tripping as he rapidly tried to get into his suit as fast as he could.
--------------------
Thomas once again stepped out of the Alleyway and puffed out his chest for some reason. "Hehe, a little puny spider.." The man half Rhino chuckled, and that was the moment when he realized It was the same man who had tried to rob the School. "How is he here, what the hell happened to him?" Thomas had thought as he looked up and down at the massive Rhino like man. "Here goes nothing Mr. Rhino.." He said as he did a front flip and landed on the Rhino's back, webbed his horn and swerving him like a uncontrollable bull. "THIS AIN'T MY FIRST RODEO MISTER.." He shouted as he struggled to keep his grip on The Rhino's horn. Out of nowhere a grappling hook line planted itself on a building and a man in a real superhero suit slid down, dropping midway and rolling. "Wow.." While Thomas distracted himself with the man, the Rhino had managed to slam Thomas into the floor. The Rhino raised It's big fist and slammed them down on the floor where Thomas had been, Thomas had managed to rolled out of the way. Suddenly, the man charged and crescent kicked Rhino across the face. "Heh, was that suppose to hurt?" He snatched the man by his hood and kneed his face badly. "Ooo." Thomas cringed at the man on the floor. "Damn, that's a lot of damage.." He webbed a nearby street light and pulled it, hitting Rhino in the spine with it. "If your this fat, I wonder how huge your mom is Rhino.." Thomas wall ran up the wall and backflipped off, Landing in back of Rhino. "Ey, I bet your mom would eat you if she was starving.." Thomas webbed Rhino's eyes, blinding him. "Marco.." Thomas back hand spring back from a attempted right hook by Rhino. "Polo.." He did a front aerial off Rhino's back. "You must of not had breakfast if your this cranky or maybe your mom ate it.." Thomas webbed all around Rhino's feet and kicked him forward, catching him in a web. "It's been one hell of a fight Rhino, but I gotta swing.." Thomas webbed a strand of strong webbing at a building and swung away landing on a rooftop, looking down as shield took Rhino away in cuffs. "I wanna be like them some day.." Thomas stared in awe as their ship flew off.
Thomas stashed his now ripped homemade suit into his backpack and changed into his causal clothing. He slid down a ladder that was attached to the building and hurried across the street to the Daily Bugle. He pushed past the doors hesitantly, not wanting to walk in and have all eyes on him. "PARKER.." Jameson shouted from his office as he took a quick glance at him from the corner of his eye. "Y..yes Mr. Jameson?" Thomas said, his voice shaky as he said it. "Did you get any photos of that menace fighting that mutant?" Jameson leaned forward, hoping he would answer yes. "N..No, I was afar from It, It seemed like Spider-Man was trying to help.." Jameson let out a long loud chuckle. "Spider-Man helping people? you're funny kid.." He gestured for Thomas to exit the office, still laughing. "It's okay Tom, I believe Thomas was trying to help too." She gave him that daily bright smile, which Thomas was used to.
The front door of Thomas home swung open as Thomas stepped in, rubbing his aching ribs. "I should of been more cautious.." Thomas said as he sat down on the kitchen table, rubbing his ribs gently. "Something wrong Thomas, you know I'm a nurse, I can help.." His mom walked over and felt the spot where he was rubbing. "Nothing seems to be wrong...why are you rubbing your ribs..?" Thomas hadn't realized that his ribs stopped aching after a while of rubbing them. "Do I slowly heal or something?" Thomas thought about the idea for a second and was convinced that he had a slow healing factor. "I wouldn't know Mom, I just thoug--nevermind.." He stood up from the seat and headed towards his room. As he entered there laid a suitcase with a note attached to It. "I know who you are Thomas, and I appreciate what you do for this city, so I've reward you with a new suit for your humble duties.." The note read. "Who would of sent me this? why would they make me a suit?" All sorts of thoughts raced through his head, was It one of his teachers? was It Lucas or Rebecca? Thomas skeptically walked over to the suitcase and filled in the code that was written on the paper. "Holy shit!" The suit was amazing, It was everything a upcoming superhero could wish for. "I...I can't believe someone would make this for me.." Thomas rested his back against his bedroom wall as he thought for another minute or two. "I'M SPID---" He stopped himself right before he yelled out the rest. "I'm Spider-Man.." He lowered his voice to a small whisper.
Thomas had slipped on his suit, which came with a watch that had turned into web shooters. "This is so awesome!" He repeatedly for the millionths time that day. Thomas boosted himself into the air off the window, as he began to swing down town, to the ghetto side of New York
-------Burglar POV-------
"My friend told me this was the house Sean.." One of the burglars said to the other. "Yeah, yeah I believe you.." He said hesitantly to his friend, and watched him break the window. Before either one could enter the house, the burglar in the back had suddenly disappeared. "HUH?" The man turned and looked around for his friend, there was no sign of him. Suddenly, the man began running down the street, but was swept out of the sky by something.
----------POV Over-----------
Thomas had webbed up the two men in a ball and hung them to a street light. "That should teach you to not steal other peoples things..." Thomas pointed his web shooters at a street light and jumped off It, gaining some momentum as he did, proceeding to swing all the way home. Thomas had landed on the side of his home, and began to crawl along the outside walls and into his room. He slipped off his suit rapidly and stashed it into his backpack, and shoved his backpack under his bed. Thomas leaped onto his bed and snuggled himself deeper into the sheets and slowly snoozed off.
