He had woken up extra early, he had been dressed since 5:30 in the morning, his mother had still been sound asleep on the couch. "Mom, It's time to get up.." He said in a exhausted voice, wanting to just fall back to sleep. "A...Alright," She said as she stretched out on the couch and lifted herself from it. "I'll just walk for the sake of us crashing.." Thomas said, his mother smiled at him. "Don't you swing to places Tom?" She asked, her eyebrows raised high at him. "Yeah, well sometimes when I'm feeling good.." He replied, as he grabbed his backpack from the kitchen. "Well, I'll see ya later mom.." He shouted before he closed the door behind him. "What was Sandman doing? was he dead yet?" Thomas wondered as he sprinted down the sidewalk of his neighborhood, He front aerial'd over a fence and continuously dashed down the sidewalk. "MOVE THOMAS." His spider senses had went off as a kid on a bike was approaching at alarming speeds but, he simply backflipped over the boy. "Wow, that was nice.." The boy said and gave him a peace sign. After a while, of persistently walking to Midtown, he had finally mad it through the gates. "Damn, I should of swung here.." He lowered his voice to a whisper. "Why'd ya miss yesterday Tommy?" Thomas turned around and saw Lucas. "Oh, I uh, had some family issues.." He said, wincing, hoping he would believe him. "Oh, nice.." Lucas said, walking equally close to Thomas as they made their way down to Advisory. Lucas hadn't look bad this morning he actually looked like same old Lucas.

Advisory wasn't much of a thrill, we usually read our A.R books or finish off homework. "Shit, shit.." He cursed under his breath, as he realized he hadn't done the History homework yet. Thomas pulled out his history textbook and began scribbling down answers from his textbook. "You're doing that barley right now?" Rebecca asked from in back of him, she had leaned forward while he was busy writing. "Yeah, I didn't have time yesterday.." He said, in a nonchalant tone as he proceeded to scribble down answers from the history book. Rebecca sat back down and tapped her pencil against her desk. "Spider senses?" Thomas asked as his spider senses were going crazy. Instantaneously police sirens could be heard from the streets near the school. "Duty calls.." He said, as he shot his hand straight up. "May I use the restroom?" He asked, in a hurrying tone. "Ye-" Before she could finish Thomas had bolted out the door. "Hurry, hurry.." He said, to himself as he slipped on his high tech suit.

He swung down the streets and landed on a nearby bus. He slowly crawled on the side of the bus to get a better look at what was happening. At once, a car was thrown at a crowd of cops behind him, Thomas backflipped off the bus and thwipped up the car holding it steady in his webbing. "Good job, Spider-Man.." Someone from the crowd had shouted. "Sam!. You need to stop this.." He said, in a firm tone. "Go away before I hurt you again.." Sam said, his fist constructing itself a massive flail. "You don't wanna do this wall crawler.." He said, his tone seemed to have a hint of fear. "Let's tango.." Thomas said as he side flipped off the bus he had been on, and swung a broken street light into Sam. Sam broke the street light into two with his flail. "Not today, you're gonna die today.." Sam said, his voice colder than a mole rat in Antartica. "No, no one has to die Sam.." He said as he front flipped onto a building and clung himself there. "You could end this all Sam.." Thomas said, looking at Sam with a reassuring look under his mask. "You don't understand Spider.." Sam replied, as a flail hit Thomas across the face, sending him into a car window. "Agh!" He said, as he pulled himself from the window. Cops guns cocked at Sandman. "D..don't shoot.." Thomas commanded as he struggled to his feet.

Thomas looked Sam in the eyes. "You brought this upon yourself, by interfering with me and my daughter.." Sam said, charging at Thomas, full speed. "That isn't right Sam.." Thomas replied, as he side stepped and webbed the back of Sam's shirt, throwing him into a car. "UGH!" Sam groaned, his hand morphing into a large hammer. "You don't understand anything.." Sam shouted bashing his hammer against the road. "You're right, I don't but you could make me understand.." Thomas said in a sincere voice. "NO!" He screamed at Thomas and swung his hammer at him. Thomas jumped over the hammer and webbed Sam's face. "GAH." He screamed as he tried to pry the webbing off. "Good nigh--" Before Thomas could finish Sam had faded away in the breeze of New York. "God, I hate when he does that.." Thomas said, looking down at his watch and swinging back to school, at a fast pace. Thomas swung upwards and landed on the rooftop, changing into his causal attire and entering the school through the janitor's closet. "What the hell are you doing kid?" The school janitor Stan had asked. "Uh, I was just having some air.." Thomas answered, hoping Stan would believe him. "Just get to your darn class.." Stan raised his voice and continued his duties.
