To Virginia

I turned around and waved to my mom one last time. I then went through the tunnel that lead to the plane. I was on my way to Virginia. I go to Danville, Virginia every year with my mom and other family that lives in Philadelphia. We usually drive there but since it's the beginning of the summer I had to fly out. They usually leave to go to Danville late August.

I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Tasha I'm 17, I from Philadelphia , I like sports. I'm brownskin with long hair, it's all mine, my dad is half Indian. I'm 5'6 , I'm really smart, when I'm done high school to be an athletic trainer for the NBA.

I can't wait to get to Virginia my cousin Maine is picking me up at the airport in Greensboro NC since he was staying at my aunt dot house for the night. I'm suppose to be staying with him he lives in Petersburg, that's a couple hours away from Danville. He has a lot of kids there younger than me but that's no problem because I love kids and I'm willing to help him and his wife out. My cousin nana is suppose to be staying there with me since she's my age. She lives in Danville to.

The plane finally landed. I got all my luggage and started looking around for my Maine but I don't see him so I pull out my iPhone 5c the green one and scrolled through my contacts soon as I got to his name somebody interrupted me

I knew that voice from anywhere , I turned around and jumped in his arms

Me: MAINE !! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH

Maine: I missed you too Toot

Toot was my nickname for everybody I had that name since birth.

Me: * smiles * let's go I want to see the rest of the family and your 50,000 kids

Maine: * laughs * I see you got jokes it's only 6

Me: 6 too many, every time I come down here , shelly pregnant with another one

Maine: shelly got that-

Me: okay okay I don't need to know

Maine: * laughs * okay let's go

It feels good to be back in Virginia.
