Destiny Thornton was never a normal kid; by the age of ten she already knew how to master a gun and was quick to learn some hand-to-hand combat. By fifteen, she was the top of her class with a fantastic GPA of 4.0. By the age of eighteen, she had applied to all Ivy League's and they had all accepted - the woman was a prodigy!
Considering that she was Fury's kid, it should've been fairly obvious that her next step was to become a SHIELD agent, right? Wrong. One thing that most definitely sucked about being Fury's daughter, was the fact that her dad was insanely over-protective.
But that didn't deterr Destiny at all - determined to still have a voice in today's society, the young woman looked to journalism and became an acclaimed analyst for her local newscasters, not afraid to speak out on issues that needed to be addressed.
With a bold personality, a sharp tongue and fantastic skills in combat, Destiny Thornton was a force to be reckoned with - so when she hears that her father is dead, it's no suprise to anyone when she signs up to track down the poor soul who decided to fuck with her family.
