Other nations started to see the United States as weak, there allies broke ties with them, and other nations wanted to conquer there land and there rescources, so they started a war with the United States.
The United States quickly lost because even though they had the technology the other nations now had people with quirks that made them as dangerous as nukes and other powerfull weapons.
The president made everyone evacuate to a remote location in Montana, but by the time he did the population dropped from 326,766,748 to less than 100 hundered people.
But right when it felt like hope was gone two twins were born with powerful quirks, making them the first two people to ever have a quirk in America, and have one of the most powerful quirks in the world, the quirk of life and death.
