Alright first imagine hope you like it Lucy.

"Babes? I'm home babes!" a sweet voice called from the front door. I smiled and chuckled finding my boyfriend Juan Karlos.

"Isn't it babe? I'm only one." I commented as I hugged him tightly.

He kissed my head. "Fine fine, babe."

I giggled and we walked to the kitchen. "mmm what smells so good?" Juan Karlos asked taking in the aroma of the dinner I was making for us. Today is our 1 year anniversary as a couple.

"Dinner. For us." I answered stirring the steaming lugaw in the big pot.

"Ooh pancit too?" he eagerly questioned already looking for a fork.

"Wait it's not done yet!" I laughed.

"Aw ok. Wow you did a lot what's the special occasion?" he leaned against the counter.

I froze for a second. "You don't know what today is?"

Turning towards him, he shook his head and shrugged. "uh, not exactly. why?"

Rolling my eyes, I turned off the stove and threw a towel at his chest. "Not exactly. hm?" I grumbled.

"Lucy, what's wrong?" he tried grabbing my waist but I slipped out and ran upstairs. He followed behind me but I slammed the door on him. "Lucy open up." he knocked.

Letting out a sigh, I swung the door open. "Today is our one year. One whole year we've spent together." with that, I slammed the door shut.

I can't believe he forgot today. This day was supposed to be special for the both of us.

Wiping my tears, I sat by the window. Suddenly, soft music started playing from below. I looked down through my window and found Juan Karlos standing outside with a boom box in his hands.

"And they called it puppy love. Oh I guess they'll never know. How a young heart really feels. And why I love her so. And they called it puppy love. Just because we're in our teens. Tell them all, please tell them it isn't fair. To take away my only dream." Juan Karlos sang and winked right after. I blushed and smiled running downstairs to find him outside. Quickly, I tackled him with a hug. "Lucy, I'm so sorry. Please forgive me it's just work and I'm always at the studio. I'm sorry I ruined tonight. I'll make it up to you I-"

I cut him off. "No, I'm sorry Juan Karlos. It's just, I wanted tonight to be perfect and I so forgot how tired you are from work. And-"

He inturruptedd with a sweet kiss. My stomach filled with butterflies as I felt his smile across his face. We pulled apart gently and I smiled at him above me. "Noooo come back." He begged and kissed me again.

I giggled as he whispered, "I love you Lucy."
