Chapter 28 : A Week Later

Caitlin's POV:

Its been a week and Justin's finally out of hospital, he's just been told to take it easy for a little

I got up and headed downstairs to see Justin colouring a picture with the kids and Aubree sat on his lap trying to help

He's the best father I could ever ask for for my kids...

I went into the kitchen and began making breakfast

Justin soon came downstairs and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind kissing my neck

I giggled before pulling away and serving up breakfast

I then went upstairs and woke the kids before taking them back downstairs

We all ate our breakfasts and then I gave Aubree her breakfast

I then got Noah bathed and dressed (Black batman tshirts, jeans (rolled up at the bottom) and white converse) (link in comments)

I then got Darcy bathed and dressed (white NY tshirt (i think), denim shorts and beigeish shoes) (like in comments)

Finally I got Aubree bathed and dressed (navy blue dress (floral at the bottom) with a pink bow belt and pink and floral sneakers (link in comments)

I then went to go take a shower myself before getting dressed myself (black and white striped tie front top, denim hollister shorts and black vans) (link in the comments)

Justin then went to take a shower and came out dressed in this (white adidas t-shirt (with adidas written in blue), khaki basketball style pants and blue adidas neo shoes) (link in comments)

Later we went out for lunch before going to one of the near by theme parks

Once we were done at the theme park we headed for a walk to the ice cream place

We got some ice creams and ate before heading home

Once we got home I started making dinner as it was kind of late

Justin helped me prepare everything for dinner and I began cooking

Later once dinner was ready we all ate and then Justin gave Aubree her dinner

"Mommy?" Darcy asked

"Yeah sweetie?" I replied

"Can we make cupcakes?" She asked

"Sure" I said

After dinner we got out everything we needed to make cupcakes

I lifted Noah and Darcy up and they sat on their chairs whilst Aubree sat in her highchair watching

Justin came in to help and we began making the cupcakes

Justin then decided to start a food fight by throwing some flour at me

I laughed and went over cracking an egg in his hair

He gasped and Noah and Darcy joined in by throwing some stuff

Aubree just sat giggling and clapping her hands as we had a food fight

Later once the cupcakes were done we decorated them and all sat in the living room eating one each whilst watching a movie

After the movie I got the kids bathed and into their pyjamas before putting them to bed

Once the kids were finally in bed and asleep I went back downstairs and sat in the living room on the couch cuddling with Justin

I started to feel really tired and I was almost falling asleep on Justin

He chuckled and picked me up bridal style carrying me upstairs

He took me into our room and laid me on the bed before pulling the duvet over us both

I wrapped my arms around him from behind, snuggling my face into the crook of his neck

Justin chuckled and we soon fell asleep...
