My mum just looked at me with a sad look in her eyes. I knew that this will be the last time I see my best friends in a while.

We were all on the driveway of my old house in a small Irish town, called Mullingar. I lived here my whole life and I grew up with these people. I have to leave a lot of good memories here behind.

The first person that I walk up to is my cousin and my best friend, Emily. I swear I would give her my world if I could. She is one of the most happy people that I know, you can't take that smile off her face!

She has long wavy blond hair, that's often put into a large ponytail. Her eyes are the most beautiful cold blue that you will see. It looks like her eyes were made out of ice.  She is on the shorter side and I love to make fun of that, even tho I don't mean it.

Her and me were always the troublemakers in the family. When my mum was at wor she would come over and we would try to bake stuff.. Well you can guess how that turned out.  I think that my mum wanted to rip out her hair when she saw the kitchen when we baked a chocolate cake.

As i hugged her she tried to keep the smile on her face. I slowly whispered in her ear "It's Ok.. It's not like we won't see each other all the time.." My voice broke at the end of the whisper. I tried to convince myself more than her.

She just quietly nodded as a tear fell from her eye. I smiled at her and wiped it away. I had to say goodbye to the rest of my friends so I moved towards Liam.

I just smiled at the larger guy. He was dating Emily. At first I wasn't too happy about that but once I got to know him we became best friends.  They are actually the cutest couple in the school. They honestly are the power couple of the school.

He is the sweetest and most caring guy I know. He plays on the soccer team for our school, and well he is pretty popular.  I think he doesn't really mind being popular, he doesn't acknowledge it and I love that about him.

We share a quick hug and I just had to mess with him "If you hurt my cousin, I swear I will come back and haunt you down.." I said half seriously. I heard him chuckle and  say loud and clear "Yes Sir!"  I just let out a small laugh and told him that I will miss him.

Next up was the most annoying person in this town, and that's why I love her. Catherine  just doesn't care what people think about her and she isn't afraid to talk back.

Most of the people find her  bitchy but she is pretty cool. She is tall and slim, she looks so fit that it's no wonder why all of the girls are jealous. She has short brown hair that reminds me of chocolate so much..

Oh food.. I am kinda hungry.. I swear I could eat whatever you put on my plate.. I wondered what mum has planned for dinner..

I was snapped out of my thoughts by two skinny fingers snapping. "Earth to Niall!" I heard Catherine shout. Once I have looked up at her I heard her say "Oh hello there, Gremlin.. Nice of you to join us!"

"Oh hello there Butter Cup! I see.. You are annoying as always.."  I smile and take her into biggest hug I could taking her of the ground.

"Niall James Horan put me down this moment!" I hear her shout which just makes me don't want to put her down even more.  I put her down when my mum gives me the look..  All of my friends are laughing in the background.

I say goodbye to rest of my friends, when my mum tells me that it's time to leave. I sadly look up at all of them and quietly say that i will miss all of them.. They just reply with more 'We will miss you more' or things like that.

I walk towards the car with my mum and get into the passenger seat. I decide to put my earphones on and play some Linkin Park..

I would be lying if I said that a tear didn't slip my eye on the way to our new home..
