Mr Ackles Vs Mr Johnston
Misha shifted nervously in the witness stand as a Judge asked him questions." What exactly happened?."
" How did Mr Johnston approach you?."
" How did you feel?." Jensen was sat in the back of the court tears already filling his eyes.
He had to watch the only man he ever loved fall apart in front of him. And he couldnt do anything.
Misha took a steady breath and tried to avoid eye contact with Alfie.He then went through everything.
In detail.Most of the Jury were females so they were all sobbing by now.
Then they asked Alfie how he pleaded.He looked Misha straight in the eyes and smirked.
" Guilty."
Mishas legs shook beneath him and Jensen leaped up.
" Alfie Benny Johnston you are guilty on the charge of Rape.You will serve seven years in jail.Next trial."
Alfie stayed in his seat whereas Misha couldnt run out of the court room fast enough.
" Next case is Jensen Ackles VS Alfie Johnston." Jensen wanted nothing more than to run out and just hide away with Misha.
He sighed as he walked up to the stand.Jared clenched his fists as he stared at the floor.
Non of this should have happened.
Then of course the Judge began asking Jensen questions.
Jensen immediately confessed.
His lawyer said that would be the best way and he'd only have to go to jail for what?
Two years.Maybe less on good behaviour.
Before Jensen had time to even register what was happening he was being led away.
He could hear Jareds blood curdling screams of " This is bullshit " And " He was only doing the right thing!."
Like that mattered anyway.He had no boyfriend.He was going to jail.He'd probably get sacked from Supernatural.
His life was completely over.
*Danneel and Jensen talked to the police and managed to sort everything out.Misha was cleared of all abuse allegations.
