Nico
What Nico saw frightened him. There he was Perseus Jackson just lying on the ground. Looking at his shadow confused as to why it followed his hand.
"Percy?" The phone echoed his voice so instantly he ended the call and ran up to the delusional boy.
His worried face shocked and scared Percy. "Nico? You okay? You seem to be experiencing emotions, something must definitely be wrong with you!" Nico rolled his eyes, but Percy was trying not to die from laughter, he needed his humor to distract himself from the pain.
Nico slugged Percy's arm over his shoulder trying to lift him up from the floor with whatever his 3 am or whatever time it was strength to lug this almost 6 foot kid to his house.
"Fucking hell what are you eating?" Percy was about to blurt dick mostly, but even his tipsy mind stopped him.
Percy tried to keep his balance so Nico was only there for support which was a lot nice than basically carrying someone twice your weight to a house 3 blocks away. Luckily, they had already made it a block and a bit so they were basically halfway there.
"Thanks," Percy said looking at his feet. "What! Oh- yeah of course, what are friends f—" "We're friends?" Percy questioned interrupting the exasperated boy.
"I like to think we are," Percy nodded understanding what he was trying to portray.
When Nico saw his apartment complex door a few feet away from him his body was about to collapse in excitement.
"Hey, Perce?" Percy looked up, his face displaying slight anguish, "that red door is my house." Nico noticed Percy's discomfort, "You okay?" Percy nodded for the umpteenth time that night. Then he grasped the bottom of his sweater, "I just need to pee!"
Nico wanted to slap Percy, and then himself, and then Percy again. "C'mon a little further then you can use my bathroom."
It was times like this he was super glad the door to his bathroom was inside his bedroom, a luxury not a lot of people in New York City would get.
Percy sat down in the elevator ride even though it was old and he'd normally think it break under his weight, and it only had to go to the third floor.
                             Bing!
Nico helped the lanky boy to his feet and walked him through the old and breaking apartment as he walked towards the front door. Percy agitated face hadn't been removed. He still had to pee. Go figure.
Nico put a finger to his mouth and Percy mimicked him jokingly adding a weird look of intense seriousness.
He followed the small boy into a room with a skull frame and a picture he presumed was Nico from when he was little. His cheeks so chubby he could pinch them.
Nico sighed loudly as he closed the door. "The bathrooms just there."
Percy walked in undoing his loose belt without shutting the door.
Nico whisper shouted at him to close the door when he unzipped his pants. His face flushed fuchsia.
He turned back to his door grabbing a glass of water from the kitchen silently and running back into his room and closely the door as silently as he could.
Nico shrugged off his jacket and slid into bed his pajamas still on after being in a hurry to not think about the Charlie Brown Halloween pants he had.
Soon he heard the toilet flush and the tap starting up as he placed the glass on the nightstand on Percy's side of the bed.
The boy came out of the bathroom. He lifted his white sweater over his head, he was missing an earring so he took the remaining out and set it on the drawer. He kicked off his high tops and flopped down next to Nico.
"Hey, hey, hey, mister drink this before falling asleep!" Percy accepted it downing the whole thing in under seven seconds, honestly it seemed impressive. Then Percy put it to the side and within seconds his chest patterns slowed down and his breathing evened. Soon, Nico di Angelo was out too. The only noise in the di Angelo's house was Mrs. O'Leary snoring in the corner of the room on her dog bed.
