"Yep... this is about what I expected Valhalla's mead hall to look like." Alicia sighed as she looked over the room, which would have been massive and beautiful if not for it's current occupants. Everyone in the room seemed to be giant vikings, all either eating, drinking or fighting with several of them attempting to do all three things at the same time. Though somehow, even despite the spilled alcohol and obviously unwashed bodies, the room still smelled like a kitchen as a massive boar was being slow-roasted over a bonfire in the center of the room.

"I-I apologize for the inhabitants, Lady Alicia." Nenma looked embarrassed for some reason. "As you would expect from a society of warriors, they have absolutely no manners at all."

"Idiots!" Becky shouted angrily as she kicked a man away from them, who had been flying through the air in their direction having been thrown by someone else.

"I don't mind it. Really." Alicia laughed hesitantly. "At least it seems like fun."

"Like fun?" Nenma turned around and looked at Alicia with a horrified expression on her face. "Becky!"

"I'm on it!" Becky replied immediately before both of them suddenly grabbed Alicia by the arms and started flying across the room so that they could get to the other side.

"Close your eyes, my lady! Don't look and don't hear anything!" Nenma asked desperately. "We should have known better than to lead you here after you just got back!"

"Please don't become corrupted by these savages! You're to pure for that!" Becky cried as well, and Alicia sighed inwardly as the two seemed to be freaking out over the mead hall being a bad influence on her.

"Valkyrie! Another!" Someone yelled loudly in the direction that they were heading, and while she'd been distracted at first, Alicia soon forgot about it as both Nenma and Becky continued without stopping.

"Valkyrie! I said another!" Alicia finally spotted the man, who was at least twice as tall as the other vikings, as he threw an empty beer mug to the floor.

"You can get it yourself, Thor." Becky snubbed her nose at him. "I currently have more important duties than fetching your mead for you."

"I said now, woman!" The man roared, and Alicia was literally shocked when a bolt of lightning suddenly flashed through the air and hit Becky, sending the Lesser Valkyrie flying in the opposite direction as Alicia and Nenma landed lightly on the table that had been underneath them. Though before Becky was able to collide with the wall, Alicia was already in the air herself and caught her friend, immediately casting Greater Heal on her which thankfully seemed to work.

"Are you alright?" Alicia asked in concern as Becky started feeling around the area of her stomach where the scorch marks on her armor still persisted.

"I'm fine, my lady. Your power is wasted on me." Becky said somewhat sadly before Alicia stood straight up and casted a glare towards Thor, whom she never would have even thought of confronting before now.

"You, blond." Thor pointed towards her now. "Get me a drink."

"Right away." Alicia replied with a forced smile before grabbing an empty mug off of the nearest table. Though after filling it at one of the nearby fountains that produced a never-ending stream of alcohol, Alicia didn't bring the god his drink like he'd demanded. Instead, increased the power of the Blessing she'd casted on herself, making her stats five times what they normally were before reaching backwards and throwing the mug as hard as she could. And right as Thor burst into laughter from an act that a nearby viking was preforming, the mug suddenly detonated against his head, completely destroying the mug while shooting mead in all directions.

'Aww geez, what did I just do?!' Alicia screamed internally, though once she saw Becky and Nenma in the side of her vision, she regained her previous anger. Normally she wasn't a very violent person. Rather, she hated violence, and that's why she became a healer. However, when someone hurt her friends in front of her, she'd never shied away from demonstrating why she was one of the most powerful players in Everath Online. Though... this wasn't a game anymore, and she'd just made made a god angry.

"It seems as if there are some who need to learn their place within these walls." Thor declared, suddenly rising from his seat before turning around and grabbing a massive hammer that Alicia could have sworn was just a wall decoration before. Though now that she thought about it, Thor wouldn't really go anywhere without his hammer.

"Both of you get back." Alicia ordered as soon as the Lesser Valkyries ran in front of her.

"But, my lady,-!" Nenma began in a frightened tone.

"Neither of you are a match." Alicia sighed, figuring that she would take the blame for this seeing as it was her fault. "Go and wait for me near the big guy that we met when we first landed. If I not back in two hours, then return to Everath."

"But..." Becky seemed just as unsure before Nenma silently put her hand on the other Valkyrie's shoulder and both of them started leaving the building.

"Woman. What is your name?" Thor asked, walking up to Alicia before stopping just in front of her. And while she'd always been small, she felt like an ant in front of Thor as she had to look almost straight up just to meet his glare.

"My name is Alicia." She replied, figuring that she would role-play the confidence that she thought Alicia of the Five Valkyries would have. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to speak at all.

"Then engrave this lesson into your very being, Alicia. No Valkyrie can defy the will of a god!" Thor suddenly shouted while raising his hammer above his head, and instantly the ceiling started raining down debris on everyone around them as a massive bolt of lightning suddenly shot through the room before it hit her. And while she'd expected to feel pain at first, Alicia almost cried in thanks to her earlier precautions as it appeared that her magic resistance worked wonders and she didn't feel a thing.

"Thor, you're embarrassing yourself." Alicia replied in a sweet tone while still role-playing as her character, though the god of lightning persisted by making his electricity even larger than before. And when that didn't work, he suddenly moved forward and swung his hammer at her. Though right before it was about to connect, the weapon suddenly stopped in mid-air. However, it didn't appear that it was by Thor's choosing.

"Enough!" A loud voice called out over the already quiet mead hall as everyone had stopped their celebration in order to watch the confrontation. "Thor, put your hammer away and sit back in your chair."

"But father, this Valkyrie refused to-"

"Thor! You would do well to not disrespect one of the Five Valkyries of Everath! Do you wish to bring dishonor to this hall?!" The man snapped, and only now did Alicia look over to finally see the person that had spoken. Though, while Alicia had expected to find another giant like Thor, she was surprised as Odin appeared to be the size of a normal man, even if his long hair and giant trimmed beard were anything but normal. And along with his eye-patch, he looked more like a businessman turned pirate more than anything, though Alicia didn't say that thought out loud.

"One of the Five Valkyries-?!" Thor repeated, moving his hammer so that he could see Alicia again as she smiled up at him.

"My name is Alicia, otherwise known as the Valkyrie of Healing." Alicia greeted him calmly as she thought that her character would in this situation. "Though, even I will defend my friends if they are in trouble. So please, I ask that you do not harm them next time."

"S-sorry." Thor blushed slightly as he replied, inwardly shocking Alicia as she'd thought that the guy was nothing but an entitled thug. No, he really was nothing but an entitled thug! So just what were the Five Valkyries to these people if the name even made HIM apologize?!
