~The Next Day~
Riker's Point Of View
I wait for Rydel to come out of the school building, but she still doesn't come out. I sigh, looking at my watch and going inside. I walk for a while and notice her blonde hair that matches mine, well sorta. I notice that some people are talking to her, so I hide behind the wall. "You, Looser! Nobody will ever love you, because your fat!" A girl with blonde hair and tons of makeup on with skimpy clothes seethes. She knocks her books down and sashays away, with her cronies following her actions. I gasp and bite my lip. She's been going to school for 3 days and she didn't tell me she was being bullied? I walk over to her and stand infront of her. She looks up from picking up her books, standing up. I grab her wrist and walk outside. "Ouch! Riker your hurting me!!" She whispers. As much as I don't want to hurt her, I keep doing it as we get to the car.
~At Home~
"Riker!! Stop pulling my hand!!" Rydel whines as we come into the door. I sit her down on the couch. "Rydel, you are in so mych trouble!" I snapped. "What?" She asks, confused. "You've been in school for 3 days, and you didn't tell me you were being bullied!!!" I screamed at her. She looked at me with a blank look, "That's right! I heard that girl talking to you!" I said. She looked down and let a tear shed. I didn't wipe it away, but I wanted to. "Why didn't you tell me?!!?" I questioned. "I'm sorry." She whispered, still looking down. "Sorry doesn't cut it!!" I screamed. I know she was crying and I was still screaming. "Rydel. I can't believe I'm saying this, but go your grounded, go to your room. Your not getting out of this house until a week. The only time you'll get out is for school. And every time you come home, your getting something to eat and going upstairs." I demand. She nods and looks at me, "I'll skip the eating part, I can just loose weight, and not be fat like that girl said." She whispered. I looked at her in disbelief. "Rydel!! You are going to eat!! I may be mad at you but I still care!! Understood?" I said. She just walked up the stairs and ignored me. "RYDEL MARY LYNCH, DON'T YOU DARE IGNORE ME!!" I screamed at her. I hear her door slam shut and locked. I sighed and sat down with my head in my palms.
